Advisor II Catharina Elmayantie, M.Pd. The application of a technology in a job has a positive impact on its users. The Nurul Ilmi STMIK Palangkaraya assembly has used computer technology in data processing as a support in assisting data archiving. However, the problem is that it is still less effective in accessing it because so far it has been using word or excel, the results or output data of which have to view and open one document file first. Therefore, to realize more effective and efficient data management, the authors are interested in realizing web-based data processing applications. In conducting this study, there are several methods that the writer uses, namely data collection methods including: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. As for the system development method that the writer uses is the waterfall method. The final result of this study is a Responsive Web-Based Application for Data Processing of the Musholla Nurul Ilmi Stmik Palangkaraya Assembly. Based on the results of the respondents from the five statements given by the writer via the goggle form with a minimum value of 31 and a maximum value of 155, a score of 140 is obtained, which is close to the highest score, which is 155 with a maximum close to strongly agree overall.

The queue number registration system and conventional services have several drawbacks because they force prospective patients to go directly to the practice site to take the queue number and to find out the doctor's schedule information. I Wayan Budiarta's doctor's practice is a health service that provides medical services, located at Jalan Jelapat No.70 Kec. Hilir Sper Kab. South Barito Buntok city. Every day there are always a lot of patients, sometimes even exceeding the available queue number. Currently in practice there is no online-based queuing system that makes it easy for prospective patients to take queue numbers without having to come directly to take queue numbers, and to improve patient service, a good concept is needed to be used. Therefore, it is necessary to have a queue number registration system and web-based information at the doctor's practice I Wayan Budiarta.
The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). Research and development methods are research methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The development of this system was built using the PHP, Apache and MySQL programming languages. The development method used is waterfall and the design tool uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
This research produces a queue number registration system at the web-based practice of doctor I Wayan Budiarta. Based on the results obtained from the questionnaire which was assessed from 22 respondents who had received treatment at the practice, more than 79% and respondents felt helped by this queue number registration system, it can be concluded that the results of this study are feasible to use.

In writing this method analysis used in the design and application development it is Analysis PIECES . Thecniques collecting data used in this study are observation, interviews, library research, questionnaire and documentation, the stages used in this research is the Research & Development (R&D) next is designing systems that are created by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) next will evaluation protoype by way of testing the system by using the Black Box testing for test systems made are in accordance with the expected. The results of this study have been successfully implemented into a system and test try the system by using a blackbox testing in accordance with the expected. Based on results of the questionnaire to the respondents, the view and the E-Permission Iventory Items On Regional Office Work Center for Quarantine of Agricultural Class II Palangkaraya Based Web this was by 93% of the results that it can be said the responses from all respondents are very good.

CV. Bintang Baru Travel merupakan salah satu bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi darat di Palangka Raya yang dalam Proses pemesanan travel belum menggunakan Aplikasi/web, Pengolahan data penumpang ditulis ke dalam buku besar atau jurnal, Keamanan data kurang terjamin, sehingga rentan terjadi kesalahan.
Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk menghasilkan analisis dan perancangan layanan manajemen pemesanan travel. Adapun perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode analisis OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan,wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuesioner sedangkan untuk pemodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Software yang digunakan dalam implementasi desain yaitu Corel draw X7, Balsamiq Mockups dan Star UML. Sistem ini nantinya akan menghasilkan Perancangan Layanan Manajemen Pemesanan Travel Pada Cv. Bintang Baru Travel Palangka Raya.
Pengujian pada sistem ini menggunakan satu tahapan yaitu pengujian dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 10 responden yang menghasilkan nilai dengan jumlah 213 .Maka dengan begitu dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “Disetujui” dan analisis dan perancangan ini layak dijadikan sebuah sistem.

Perkembangan Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekarang ini sudah berkembang dengan sangat pesat,Terlebih lagi dengan adanya komputer dimana informasi akan lebih cepat diperoleh hal tersebut semakin meningkatkan kualitas dalam bekerja. Pangkalan Berkat Bersama memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah pembuatan Data pelanggan, Data Transaksi Penjualan, Data stok barang dan Laporan dengan adanya sistem informasi pemilik mengetahui laporan-laporan tersebut dengan cepat dan akurat. Maka dengan permasalahan yang ada, penulis tertarik untuk menyusun sebuah penelitian yang berjudul “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama Web”.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Apache sebagai web server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall dan alat bantu perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah pengembangan sistem informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuisioner dengan skala likert yang dinilai dari 15 responden, maka didapat hasil interpretasi sebesar 70,5% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “ Baik” dan layak untuk digunakan.

The development of the technology of information at this time is growing rapidly, it can be seen through the emergence of the internet. Therefore, at this time almost all fields require the internet as a source of information. Currently, the registration system for the interest and the elective course in the study program of the information system and informatics engineering at STMIK Palangka Raya still employs the conventional method. In this case, the use of the technology of information is able to assist in facilitating the college students who want to change the study program so that they will not take the same course in the new study program. As a result, it can make it easier for the college students changing the study program to find out the equivalence of the course or the conversion, especially in the study program of Information System, Informatics Engineering, and Informatics Management. The web-based application has a competitive supremacy. One of them is that it can be accessed quickly through a browser and can be accessed using a laptop, a smartphone, or a computer at home. The methods used in this research involve the observation method, the interview method, the literature method, the documentation method, and the questionnaire/survey method, meanwhile, for the technique and instrument of analysis, it is using the Tools of Unified Modeling Language (UML), and for the testing methods, they are using the Black Box Testing and Likert Scale. The results of this research have been successfully implemented into an information system that is able to assist in the conversion of course. The results of this research have also been tested using the Black Box testing on the results of its implementation. The results of testing of the system using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire of the respondents who are the college students and the admins (of the Study Program or Prodi), there were interpretation values which were up to 74%. Therefore, it could be assumed that the system that the author had developed has fulfilled the decent value to be published.

During the course of carrying out their duties, the lecturer gets a score (credit number) which will be used for the promotion process. Based on the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 17 of 2013,
The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Scala Likert .
The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can assist in processing lecturer rank data. The results of this study have also been tested using Black Box testing on the results of the implementation. The results of system testing using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely lecturers and admins, the interpretation value was 219 from ( 0 - 250) . So it can be assumed that the system that the author has built has met a value that is worthy of publication

Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa dan Pelajar Kabupaten Katingan (HIMAPAKAT) di Kota Palangka Raya Berbasis Web. Pembimbing I Hafiz Riyadli, M.Kom., Pembimbing II Norhayati, M.Pd. Saat ini Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa dan Pelajar Kabupaten Katingan (HIMAPAKAT) di Palangka Raya yang masih menggunakan sistem kurang muktakhir dalam proses pengelolaan data pada organisasi, khususnya pada pendaftaran anggota, pendataan anggota, kegiatan, kas keuangan pada fasilitas ini dijelaskan sumber dana yang berasal dari bantuan, iuran dan kegunaan dana digunakan untuk kegiatan dan bantuan, laporan organisasi yang masih sering terjadi kesalahan dalam laporan yang akan dibuat. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 4 metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah PIECES, dan alat bantu analisis adalah UML (Unified Modeling Language), serta perancangan Antarmuka (Interface) menggunakan Balsamiq Mockups. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan kuesioner yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, berdasarkan 5 pernyataan yang di ajukan kepada 20 responden dari pihak himapakat selaku calon pengguna. Apakah rancangan ini sesuai, dengan harapan pihak himapakat selaku calon pengguna, dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan perancangan sistem informasi Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa dan Pelajar Kabupaten Katingan (HIMAPAKAT) berbasis Web sudah sesuai dengan harapan, karena memperoleh nilai interprestasi sebesar 85,6% dengan total skor keseluruhan 428.

Seiring dengan berkembangnya sistem informasi saat ini, banyak sistem informasi pada organisasi atau perusahaan ingin mencapai tahap sistem informasi tersebut menjadi lebih cepat, relevan dan akurat. Pada PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Kantor Perwakilan Kalimantan Tengah, dalam melakukan penilaian prestasi kinerja terhadap karyawan dilakukan terpusat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai Nasional (SIMKPNAS). Hal ini tentunya memberikan akses yang terbatas dan aliran data informasi mengenai penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Kantor Perwakilan Kalimantan Tengah tidak dapat maksimal karena dilakukan oleh pihak dari pusat. Sebelum penginputan kinerja karyawan pada sistem, Manager terlebih dahulu menyusun KPI karyawan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel yang kemudian akan dikirimkan melalui email masing-masing karyawan untuk mengisi pencapaian kinerja sesuai bidangnya masing-masing. Karena permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah desain sistem baru yang dapat menggantikan sistem lama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Menggunakan metode analisis PIECES, dan alat bantu analisis UML (Unified Modeling Language), serta perancangan antarmuka (Interface) menggunakan Adobe Photoshop. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan kuesioner menggunakan metode Skala Likert, dengan 5 pernyataan yang diajukan kepada 16 responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi monitoring dan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) Kantor Perwakilan Kalimantan Tengah sudah layak karena memperoleh nilai interpretasi 66,4%. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menggambarkan hal yang akan terjadi kedepannya apabila sistem ini diterapkan. Bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk dilihat kelebihan dan kekurangannya, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan kepada tahap pembangunan aplikasi oleh peneliti selanjutnya.
