Aplikasi ini dapat memberikan informasi tentang perumahan Pt.Sanur Griya Tama Dalam media genggalam telepon gengam berbasis android serta sistem pemilihan perumahan agar membantu dalam untuk mendapatkan hasil yang pemilihan yang benar-benar mendekati keinginan debitur.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah Analisis PIECES, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, penelitian pustaka, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, tahapan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research & Development (R&D) selanjutnya adalah merancang sistem yang dibuat dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) selanjutnya akan dilakukan evaluasi protoype dengan cara ujicoba sistem dengan menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk menguji sistem yang dibuat sudah sesuai standar dan keinginan dari pengguna atau tidak, hasil dari penelitian ini telah berhasil diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah sistem dan uji coba sistem dengan mengunakan BlackBox testing sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan ke dua puluh lima responden menyatakan “Sangat Setuju” bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dan siswa dalam hal bimbingan konseling dengan presentase sebesar 94% hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan tanggapan dari semua responden adalah sangat baik.

Kejahatan adalah perbuatan antisosial yang secara sadar mendapat reaksi dari negara berupa pemberian derita dan kemudian sebagai reaksi terhadap rumusan hukum (Legal Definition) mengenai kejahatan (Topo Santoso et al, 2010). Dilansir dari kalteng.co terjadi pencurian barang yang ada dirumah warga, pelaku melakukan pencurian tersebut disaat keadaan rumah kosong. Teknologi IoT menjadi salah satu teknologi yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk membuat sistem keamanan rumah. Sederhananya IoT adalah menghubungkan semua objek fisik sehari hari ke interet.
Adapun jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype dan menggunakan desain penelitian menggunakan metode Reseach and Develovment (R&D). Kemudian penulis menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam mengumpulkan data dengan Metode Kepustakaan, Observasi dan Metode Dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan penelitian pada Prototype sistem keamanan pintu rumah, penulis dapat memberikan hasil bahwa prototype yang telah dibuat oleh penulis berjalan dengan benar. Dimana aplikasi telegram dapat memberikan perintah dan menerima notifikasi apabila pintu terbuka dengan jarak threshold > 2cm, dibantu dengan adanya Buzzer sebagai trigger dengan cara mengeluarkan bunyi/suara. Kemudian LED sebagai pemberi informasi apabila mikrokontroller telah terhubung ke jaringan.

Currently the media for learning sign language for deaf and mute people is still done in direct eye contact with the teacher who teaches. This method can be said to be less practical especially in the technology era like nowadays. Technology is familiar to every individual, the general public is familiar with the use of technology such as smartphones
The purpose of this study is to make the introduction of hijaiyyah letters through finger shapes with an Android-based audio visual media that can be used easily and can be accepted by deaf and mute people. The application displays various form hijaiyyah sign language fingers. This application was created using Android Studio with the JAVA programming language
The method used in this thesis is the method of data collection (literature, studies, documentation, questionnaires) and the prototype model software development method.
The results of the application can be run on smartphones and are easy to use by users, with the main menu display that is clear and easy to understand. Every feature in the application is functioning properly. Display of sign language that is displayed is easy to understand and audio visual objects of hijaiyyah letters and numbers are displayed correctly. And the results of user respondents were 83.2% very good.

Perkembangan teknologi yang mempermudah pekerjaan manusia adalah kemudahan untuk berbagi data atau file (dokumen) kepada orang yang dituju. Namun seiring berkembangnya teknologi maka akan semakin banyak kejahatan yang terjadi, salah satunya penyalahgunaan data yang bersifat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat aplikasi keamanan data yang bisa mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan data pada pengguna. Aplikasi menyediakan fitur enkripsi dan dekripsi data dengan menerapkan dua buah metode yaitu RC4 dan Blowfish. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Java NetBeans. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode pengumpulan data (studi pustaka, observasi, dokumentasi, kuisioner) dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model Prototype. Hasil dari aplikasi dapat dijalankan berbasis desktop dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna, dengan tampilan menu-menu utama jelas dan mudah dimengerti. Setiap fitur pada Aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik. Tampilan aplikasi mudah dipahami dan ditampilkan dengan baik. Serta hasil responden pengguna adalah 93% sangat baik.

The results of this study have been successfully implemented into a system and test try the system by using a blackbox testing in accordance with the expected. Based on results of the questionnaire to the respondents, the view and the E-Permission Iventory Items On Regional Office Work Center for Quarantine of Agricultural Class II Palangkaraya Based Web this was by 93% of the results that it can be said the responses from all respondents are very good.

Counseling Guidance Media Application for Karsa Mulya Vocational High School is an innovation for secondary schools and the equivalent, especially vocational high schools, in the development of this application the main goal is to build a counseling guidance system which includes student data processing, monthly reports, cases, counseling and guidance and counseling system reports. The application of a technology in a job provides an enormous impact of convenience for every user. Currently CV. Hendri Saputra has used computer technology as a support in assisting the management of a project's ordering operations. However, the problem with existing operations management is that it is still not effective because it only uses word processing applications that make the output data output not centralized, so to find and access each project order data the user must view and open the word document files one by one first. . Therefore, in order to realize an effective and efficient operation management, the author offers a solution by creating a project service ordering application so that the data becomes centralized, easy to access and manage. In conducting this Final Project research, there are two methods used by the authors which are used by the authors which include data collection methods and system development methods. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The system development method that the author uses is the prototype method. The final result of this research is in the form of a Project Service Ordering Application on CV. Hendri Saputra Barunang Village, Kapuas Regency Web-based that can be used by CV. Hendri Saputra to assist the process of ordering project services.

Along with the development of technology, the development of computers is increasingly advanced, and the use of computers as a tool in completing work in the field of information technology is growing in all fields, including in the economic field. This can be seen in a businessman and even MSME which has a large amount of data and requires special handling and limited time. One of them is at the Wibowo Shop. Data processing at the Wibowo Grocery Store is currently still done manually or not yet computerized, such as in the sales transaction recording system, which includes sales data and goods data. The current system refers more to the store owner's performance process in conducting transactions, where the store owner must recap sales data into a ledger, and sometimes the records made by the shop owner often have errors in writing. Then for the shop owner himself, the process of checking the available stock data is still manually, namely by checking directly one by one on the existing items and the recording data is still written in a ledger to store it. Therefore, we need a system that is able to minimize the weaknesses in the old system. In the Food Sales Information System that has been built the author uses research and development research methods and is designed first using the starUML application and Balsamiq Mockups and then translated into program code using the Visual Studio Code application with the Codeigniter framework 3. The results of the BlackBox Testing test are in line with expectations and the results of the assessment of respondents through questionnaires are at the highest level so that they are considered to be able to help reduce in terms of time and energy in the sales process at Wibowo Shop.
