Advisor II Catharina Elmayantie, M.Pd. The application of a technology in a job has a positive impact on its users. The Nurul Ilmi STMIK Palangkaraya assembly has used computer technology in data processing as a support in assisting data archiving. However, the problem is that it is still less effective in accessing it because so far it has been using word or excel, the results or output data of which have to view and open one document file first. Therefore, to realize more effective and efficient data management, the authors are interested in realizing web-based data processing applications. In conducting this study, there are several methods that the writer uses, namely data collection methods including: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. As for the system development method that the writer uses is the waterfall method. The final result of this study is a Responsive Web-Based Application for Data Processing of the Musholla Nurul Ilmi Stmik Palangkaraya Assembly. Based on the results of the respondents from the five statements given by the writer via the goggle form with a minimum value of 31 and a maximum value of 155, a score of 140 is obtained, which is close to the highest score, which is 155 with a maximum close to strongly agree overall.

Pharmacies not only provide generic drugs, but many pharmacies are competing to provide a variety of drug variants, to make it easier for people to meet their needs. Pharmacies sehat insani Palangka Raya Not free from the problem of the risk of running out of stock of important drugs, because it prioritizes the stock of the same variant type of medicine in large quantities. This research aims to classify the behavior and non-performance of human health pharmacies. This study uses the Data Mining method with the Naive Bayes algorithm which will then be evaluated using a confusion matrix tool. The research also uses data collection methods (interviews and literature studies), carried out in Microsoft Office Excel software, and RapidMiner.

Dampak dari memainkan game ada bernilai positif dan ada bernilai negatif. Nilai negatif dari bermain game yaitu membuat anak-anak malas untuk belajar maupun mengerjakan tugas dan membuat anak-anak menjadi bermalas-malasan ke sekolah. hal tersebut sangat mengganggu tujuan belajar anak-anak dibawah umur terutama dalam pelajaran matematika. Pembuatan game dibuat melalui Construct 3 dengan versi r308.2. Untuk pembuatan karakter digambar melalui sketchpad, setelah itu object akan di export jadi berformat .png. Object tersebut akan di import ke dalam construct 3 untuk menjadi sprite, background, dan platforms. Untuk menguji hasil running menggunakan editor.construct.net. Dalam penelitian ini telah dihasilkan sebuah game yang berjudul “Arithmetic and Geometry Shooter”. Game ini berjenis Top-down Shooter yang memiliki unsur edukasi berupa mata pelajaran matematika pada pembahasan aritmetika dasar dan bangun datar. Dalam proses pembuatan, game ini dibuat menggunakan software Construct 3 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau dikenal dengan Research and Development. Jenis penelitian pengembangan atau dikenal dengan Research and Development adalah proses yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk pendidikan. Langkah-langkah dari proses ini biasanya disebut sebagai siklus R & D, yang terdiri dari mempelajari temuan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan produk yang akan dikembangkan, mengembangkan produk berdasarkan temuan ini, bidang pengujian dalam pengaturan di mana ia akan digunakan akhirnya, dan merevisinya untuk memperbaiki kekurangan yang ditemukan dalam tahap mengajukan pengujian

Perkembangan teknologi yang mempermudah pekerjaan manusia adalah kemudahan untuk berbagi data atau file (dokumen) kepada orang yang dituju. Namun seiring berkembangnya teknologi maka akan semakin banyak kejahatan yang terjadi, salah satunya penyalahgunaan data yang bersifat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat aplikasi keamanan data yang bisa mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan data pada pengguna. Aplikasi menyediakan fitur enkripsi dan dekripsi data dengan menerapkan dua buah metode yaitu RC4 dan Blowfish. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Java NetBeans. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode pengumpulan data (studi pustaka, observasi, dokumentasi, kuisioner) dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model Prototype. Hasil dari aplikasi dapat dijalankan berbasis desktop dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna, dengan tampilan menu-menu utama jelas dan mudah dimengerti. Setiap fitur pada Aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik. Tampilan aplikasi mudah dipahami dan ditampilkan dengan baik. Serta hasil responden pengguna adalah 93% sangat baik.

Communities need quick and easy access to information. With the development of information technology, many agencies from developed societies have used information technology to obtain information. One of the technologies that has developed rapidly, namely internet technology, including the development of Client Server-based Applications. By using the Internet, space and time constraints can be minimized, meaning that information can be accessed anytime and anywhere in a matter of seconds. The information that people need at this time, one of which is Android. Android technology is one that is highly developed. Android is a form that can describe information about an area, such as Baturaya 1 Village, Gunung Timang District. In preparing this study the authors used a software development method, namely Extreme Programming (XP). According to Pressman (2015: 12), the Extreme Programming (XP) method generally promotes the discipline of project management processes that encourage inspection and adaptation, a leadership philosophy that encourages teamwork or individuals, organizing and accountability, engineering practices that allow delivery of high-quality software quickly and business approaches that are in line with developing user needs and company goals. At this stage the author creates a data collection application and village data information so that data is more accurate based on the interviews and planning, the authors determine what requirements are used in the system to help solve system management problems in the form of uml, usecase, activity diagrams. The conclusions that can be drawn from the design of the Client Server-Based Data Collection Monitoring Application for Villagers of Baturaya 1 Village, Gunung Timang District, which have been discussed in previous chapters, are as follows: 1. The process of developing the Client Server-Based Client Server-Based Monitoring Application for Residents of Baturaya 1 Village Village by carrying out the process of collecting data carried out during research such as making observations, interviews, literature studies, planning, design, programming (coding), and testing. The system built includes population data collection in Batu Raya Village 1. Making information applications is made using php, java, MySQL database, and android studio. In compiling this research I used a software development method, namely Extreme Programming so that it becomes an application. 2. With this Android-based application, it can overcome the problems faced by Baturaya 1 Village Officers, especially in collecting population data in Baturaya 1 Village. 3. Based on the data from the questionnaire results with 30 respondents and the data was calculated, the value of the Client Server-Based Client Server-Based Resident Data Collection Monitoring Application in Baturaya Village 1 Village is of good value. So by averaging the results of the 6 questions by sum 1) For question 1, the average result is obtained = 88.6% 2) For question 2, the average result is = 82% 3) For question 3, the average result is obtained = 87.3% 4) For question 4, the average result is obtained = 88.6% 5) For question 5, the average result is = 89.3% 6) For question 6 the average result is = 88% Then the results obtained by 523.8% will be searched for the overall average, namely 523.8/ 6 = 87.3 with a Good predicate.

Usually the computer is used to produce a variety of important information in order to improve the performance of an organization, company or institution to get the job done more effectively and efficiently it is because the computer to process information quickly. To maintain the smooth, monitor, and also simplify the task of managing data majoring student thesis easily then it encourages the writer to make a study titled "Data Management SKRIPSI/Final in Palangkaraya STMIK Web-Based". System development using Adobe Dreamweaver / Sublime Text, PHP scripts and MySQL database are supported by CSS and Bootstrap which can be used in Windows operating systems. The methods used in data collection such as interviews, observation, and literature. The interview is to collect data by conducting a question and answer directly to the section that relates to the object under study. Observation of direct observation on the submission by the current manual. A literature study is collecting data by studying books or literature concerning the design of a system that is expected to produce an application for managing data and final thesis on web-based STMIK Palangkaraya. In the process of implementation of the authors establish a database judulstmik.sql with 9 tables that aim to simplify the process of managing theses and final start of filing the title, seminar, until the end of the session. Penerapan Data Mining Untuk Prediksi Penjualan Smartphone Paling Laris Menggunakan Metode K-Nearest Neighbor, Pembimbing I Veny Cahya Hardita, M.Kom., Pembimbing II Elok Faiqotul Himmah, S.Si., M.Sc. Penjualan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan yaitu memperoleh penghasilan dan laba untuk perusahaan agar tetap bisa berjalan. PPL (Pusat Ponsel & laptop) merupakan toko komputer yang menjual laptop, printer & smartphone baru di kota Palangka Raya. Untuk mempermudah toko dalam penyediaan stok barang maka diperlukan sebuah prediksi berdasarkan data-data penjualan terdahulu menggunakan metode peramalan penjualan yang ada di data mining. Salah satu metode peramalan penjualan adalah metode K-Nearest Neighbor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat prediksi penjualan smartphone paling laris di PPL dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu studi kasus pada toko Pusat Ponsel & Laptop Palangka Raya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data penjualan smartphone selama 6 bulan dari Oktober 2021 sampai Maret 2022 dengan total penjualan sebanyak 1519 unit smartphone dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Selanjutnya, data akan dianalisis dengan mengikuti proses tahapan dalam Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD), untuk menentukan informasi yang berguna serta pola-pola yang ada di dalam data. Untuk memprediksi penjualan yang akan datang dengan Euclidean Distance, nilai k = 3 menggunakan aplikasi Rapidminer didapatkan hasil prediksinya untuk setiap brand smartphone dengan total penjualan oppo = 130 unit, vivo = 210 unit, samsung = 53 unit, xiaomi = 23 unit, dan realme = 44 unit. Hasil evaluasi algoritma yang diperoleh dari nilai RMSE pada setiap brand smartphone seperti oppo = 6,643, vivo = 11,468, samsung = 3,538, xiaomi = 4,23, dan realme = 3,325. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa smartphone yang paling laris adalah vivo dan brand smartphone realme memiliki RSME terkecil, yang berarti memiliki hasil prediksi yang mendekati dengan nilai yang sebenarnya.

STMIK Palangkaraya has internet facilities that are connected to the Telkom provider as the ISP of the router and several access points with switches as the interconnection center. Therefore, the author wants to analyze the existing wireless network at STMIK Palangkaraya whether it is in accordance with the TIPHON standard. This study discusses how to analyze wireless network data traffic at STMIK Palangkaraya using the QoS method and discusses how to measure uptime and downtime using the RMA method. The purpose of wireless network data traffic analysis is to analyze the performance of the internet network at STMIK Palangkaraya and measure the uptime and downtime on the wireless network. The method used in this study includes data collection methods (observations or observations, interviews, literature and documentation) and network data traffic analysis methods, namely the Qos and RMA methods. The final result of this study is that the wireless network at STMIK Palangka Raya is fairly good and in accordance with the TIPHON standard, and the results of uptime and downtime on the wireless network at STMIK Palangkaraya.

Salah satu jenis bengkel yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa service sepeda motor adalah bengkel “Kos Jaya Motor” Adapun metode-metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir ini adalah metode perancangan menggunakan aplikasi basalmiq hoskup Sedangkan diagram nya menggunakan aplikasi online lucidchart. Rancangan penjualan ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pemilik bengkel dalam menjual spare part, dan membuat konsumen lebih mudah dalam memesan produk dan jasa di bengkel “Kos Jaya Motor” bahkan karyawan menjadi lebih mudah mengetahui ketersediaaan produk di bengkal. Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dewasa ini, informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu pekerjaan dan kegiatan usaha. Teknologi Informasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan menunjang bagi suatu badan / instansi / departemen / perusahaan baik negeri maupun swasta dalam skala kecil, sedang, ataupun besar, sehingga dengan informasi dapat diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Karena diterapkannya Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah yang mengatur pembagian wewenang antara Pemerintah Kabupaten, Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Pusat. Kewenangan Pemerintah Kabupaten mengenai sektor Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menjadi hilang/dialihkan kepada pemerintah provinsi yang berakibat Pemerintah Kabupaten hanya dapat mengajukan kegiatan pada pemerintah provinsi. Masalah yang timbul adalah kesesuaian antara kebutuhan kegiatan yang muncul terkadang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan kegiatan jangka menengah yang disusun oleh dinas (kesesuaian antara renja dan renstra), serta harus ditampungnya kegiatan yang menjadi pokok pikiran DPRD yang didapat dari hasil reses DPRD. Rencana-rencana kegiatan tersebut harus pula mendapat persetujuan dari Badan Anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, karena sensitivitas data mengenai anggaran maka mungkin akan tedapat kesulitan dalam permintaan data anggaran. Analisis ini, pada tahap analisis dilakukan pembuatan desain proses (Flowchart) terhadap sistem yang baru. Kemudian tahap desain juga dilakukan pembuatan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) atau diagram alir merupakan suatu tahap desain secara tersturuktur. Dan dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, HTML serta perangkat lunak pendukung yakni MYSQL merupakan salah satu sistem manajemen database yang biasa digunakan untuk mengelola data. Analisis dan Perancangan Pengajuan Kegiatan Kedinasan Pada Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah ini dapat menampilkan keluaran berupa dokumen rencana kegiatan beserta rinciannya.

The Palangka Raya City Arts Council is an agency or institution or non-governmental organization that has a framework to accommodate the aspirations of artists rooted in Indonesian cultural roots found in the City of Palangka Raya. The Palangka Raya City Arts Council website (https://dkpr.or.id/) only provides information about institutions, and data collection on artists in Palangka Raya City is still offline using Microsoft Office Word. For this reason, the "Website for Data Collection of Artists in the City of Palangka Raya Using the Codeigniter Framework" was developed to facilitate online data collection of actors without having to go to the administration. The software development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle and the applications used to build the Codeigniter 4 Framework system, the PHP and HTML programming languages, the text editor uses Sublime Text 3, XAMPP as the webserver, and MySQL as the database management system. The website that was built has admin and user login features, account registration verified by the admin, data collection on artists consisting of artists and cultural studios, data management for artists, and print reports on artist data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the new system is as expected. This is evidenced by black-box testing and user response questionnaires using a Likert scale with a value of 925 or 92.5% located closer to the Strongly Agree (SA) interval that the program that the author created has met a very good score to be applied to help art actors collect data online.

This study aims to produce a desktop-based planning of a data information system for the Catholic Church of Santo Yosep Lenggang. This research was appointed based on a phenomenon that appeared in the field, the community data collection system was still carried out manually using lined polio paper so that data was often scattered and difficult to find when people needed it, there was no adequate internet access. Therefore, the author is interested in bringing up the title of the research, analysis and design of a data information system for the people of the Catholic Church of St. Joseph, Lenggang station, based on a desktop. In this thesis research, the author uses qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, documentation, interviews, literature. The tools used to analyze and design this learning media include UML (Unified Modeling Language), PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Effciency, Services). As well as an interface design designer using Adobe XD. The results of this study indicate that church administrators need to renew the existing system. Therefore, the author designed the information system interface for the people's data at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lenggang station. The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Scala Likert .
The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can assist in processing lecturer rank data. The results of this study have also been tested using Black Box testing on the results of the implementation. The results of system testing using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely lecturers and admins, the interpretation value was 219 from ( 0 - 250) . So it can be assumed that the system that the author has built has met a value that is worthy of publication

The problem in this study is that the library has difficulty in providing book recommendations to borrowers who are confused when borrowing books. Therefore, the author wants to try to create an application that can analyze the results of loan transaction data as well as provide information about book recommendations to library officers applied to computer devices, with this application is expected to provide convenience for students in borrowing books and library officers in compiling books in accordance with the results of analysis. The purpose of this study is to implement a priori algorithm using association rule data mining to conduct analysis, in order to produce book lending patterns in the LIBRARY STMIK Palangkaraya.in conducting this Final Task research there are two methods used by the author which include the motto of data collection and system development methods. The methods of collecting such data are observations, interviews and literature studies. While the system development method that the author uses is the Rapid Application Development (RAD)method. The final result ofthis research isin the formof application application A priori algorithm for the search for book lending patterns in the library STMIK Palangkaraya that can be used by library guards to get information on book recommendations from the analysis results.

Jika masa studi mahasiswa dapat diketahui lebih dini, maka pihak program studi Teknik Informatika dapat melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan supaya mahasiswa dapat lulus tepat waktu. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut di atas, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisa dan membandingkan akurasi dua metode algoritma, yaitu algoritma C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes pada sejumlah datasets. Adapun sumber datasets adalah data mahasiswa program studi Teknik Informatika (STMIK Palangkaraya) yang mana setiap datasets memiliki jumlah data (instances) dan jumlah atribut (attributes) yang berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Perbandingan Algoritma C4.5 Dan Naïve Bayes Untuk Memprediksi Kelulusan Tepat Waktu Mahasiswa STMIK Palangkaraya, diperoleh hasil akurasi dari kedua algoritma tersebut menunjukan tingkat akurasi Algoritma C4.5 sebesar 90% lebih baik dari pada algoritma Naïve Bayes sebesar 85%. Algoritma C4.5 juga memberikan nilai pada recall dan precision sebesar 92% dan 94% lebih baik dibandingkan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan nilai 86% dan 93%.

Pada era globalisasi sekarang ini laptop merupakan sebuah perangkat yang bisa dimiliki semua kalangan sehingga memicu meningkatnya penjualan laptop pada perusahaan penjual laptop. Permasalahan yang umum dihadapi oleh para pemilik perusahaan adalah bagaimana memprediksi atau meramalkan penjualan barang di masa mendatang berdasarkan data yang telah direkam sebelumnya. Prediksi tersebut sangat berpengaruh pada keputusan pemilik perusahaan untuk menentukan jumlah barang yang harus disediakan oleh perusahaan, apabila memesan barang dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak dan ternyata penjualan barang tersebut hanya terjual beberapa saja hal tersebut tentunya sangat merugikan perusahaan. Ada banyak metode untuk memprediksi penjualan, pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode K-Nearest Neighbor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dapat memprediksi penjualan laptop di tahun 2021 berdasarkan data penjualan laptop dari tahun 2018-2020 menggunakan Euclidean Distance dengan nilai K=8 dengan hasil prediksi rata-rata penjualan setiap laptop di tahun 2021 adalah asus = 183, acer = 114, axioo = 27, lenovo = 30, hp = 18, dell = 1,6, msi = 1,8, macbook = 1,8 laptop dan hasil evaluasi algoritma diperoleh nilai RMSE pada masing-masing laptop, asus = 54.055, acer = 33,185, axioo = 14,849, lenovo = 20,450, hp = 4,861, dell = 1,325, msi = 2.056 dan macbook = 1.917, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil prediksi penjualan laptop dell memiliki nilai RMSE terkecil, yang berarti hasil prediksi tersebut yang paling mendekati nilai sebenarnya.

ABSTRAK Proses pembelajaran dan administrasi di SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN masih dilakukan secara manual dalam artian belum menggunakan jaringan sebagai alat bantu dalam mentransfer data dan informasi. Fasilitas internet belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal karena masih keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana penunjang. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurang efektifnya proses belajar dan interaksi antara siswa dan guru, antara guru dan guru, juga antara siswa dan siswa. Selain itu juga mengakibatkan sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam pertukaran data dan informasi antara staf administrasi dan guru. Guna membantu permasalahan yang ada, dengan memanfaatkan internet yang ada di SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN, dipandang perlu membangun sebuah jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan Router Cisco packet tracer. Pembangunan jaringan dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan, menyusun perencanaan, membuat rancangan, membuat jaringan sesuai dengan rancangan, melakukan uji coba jaringan dan membuat dokumentasi sebelum jaringan dioperasikan di SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya sebuah jaringan di SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN yang mampu melakukan transfer data dan informasi antara staf administrasi dan guru dan juga dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran sehingga terjadi interaksi antara guru dan siswa dan juga antara siswa dan siswa. In addition, it also resulted in frequent delays in the exchange of data and information between administrative staff and teachers. In order to help existing problems, by utilizing the internet at SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN, it is deemed necessary to build a computer network using the Cisco packet router. Network development begins with identifying needs, compiling plans, making designs, creating networks according to the design. , conducting network trials and making documentation before the network was operated at SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN. The final result of this research is the development of a network in SMAN 1 TANAH SIANG SELATAN which is able to transfer data and information between administrative staff and teachers and can also be used for the learning process so that there is interaction between teachers and students and also between students and students.
