Melalui Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP), Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerbitkan Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-Kuliah) sejak tahun 2020 sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pendidikan bagi lulusan SMA, SMK atau sederajat dari keluarga kurang mampu untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. STMIK Palangkaraya merupakan salah satu lembaga perguruan tinggi swasta penyalur KIP-Kuliah yang masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses seleksi penerimanya karena belum ada alat bantu atau metode khusus untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa sehinga cenderung bersifat subjektif. Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa dari kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk seleksi penerimaan beasiswa ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) yang diharapkan dapat membantu bagian kemahasiswaan dalam menentukan rekomendasi penerimaan beasiswa di STMIK Palangkaraya.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kualitatif yang memanfaatkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan pelaku yang dapat diamati. Tahapan dalam Penelitian Kualitatif adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi & kategorisasi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan. Parameter input yang digunakan adalah data alternatif, data kriteria dan data bobot. Untuk parameter input data alternatif digunakan data calon penerima beasiswa KIP yang telah mendaftarkan diri pada STMIK Palangkaraya sebanyak 34 orang, data kriteria yaitu jumlah penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua, tahun kelulusan SMA/SMK, dan prestasi.
Metode TOPSIS dapat diterapkan pada seleksi calon penerima beasiswa KIP STMIK Palangkaraya dan dapat membantu memberikan objektivitas serta rekomendasi bagi Kemahasiswaan dalam penilaian dan perangkingan. Berdasarkan perbandingan yang dilakukan, perhitungan metode TOPSIS dalam seleksi penerima beasiswa KIP dapat menyaring 4 peserta yang tidak layak menerima beasiswa dan dapat menyaring 4 mahasiswa yang seharusnya diterima tetapi ditolak pada proses seleksi manual.

Supervisor II Ir. Hj. Siti Maryamah, MM. The problem in this research is that the city of Palangkaraya has a lot of tourist objects, culinary, and shopping and others. However, information on tourist attractions, culinary and shopping is still very limited only to well-known tourist attractions and what is the fate of other culinary, tourist and shopping places that are not well known in Palangkaraya which are no less good. because of the lack of information about tourism, culinary, and shopping in the city of Palangkaraya, many people seek information through brochures, books, communities, especially most people seek information through the internet. Because people in the city of Palangkaraya and outside Palangkaraya use the internet and Android smartphones a lot. So the author makes an application to introduce tourist, culinary and shopping guides in the city of Palangkaraya in order to help the public more easily access information about tourist attractions, culinary and shopping in the city of Palangkaraya. This research has also been tested using BlackBox testing where the system test results are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, the appearance and quality of the application amounted to 90.4% of these results, it can be said that the responses from all respondents were very good. The final result of this research is in the form of analysis and application of the application of introduction to travel, culinary, and shopping guides in Palangkaraya City based on Client Server which can be used by the public and for people who want to find Tourism, Culinary, and Shopping Objects in Palangkaraya City.

The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Scala Likert .
The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can assist in processing lecturer rank data. The results of this study have also been tested using Black Box testing on the results of the implementation. The results of system testing using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely lecturers and admins, the interpretation value was 219 from ( 0 - 250) . So it can be assumed that the system that the author has built has met a value that is worthy of publication
