Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and community service. During the course of carrying out their duties, the lecturer gets a score (credit number) which will be used for the promotion process. Based on the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 17 of 2013, The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Scala Likert . The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can assist in processing lecturer rank data. The results of this study have also been tested using Black Box testing on the results of the implementation. The results of system testing using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely lecturers and admins, the interpretation value was 219 from ( 0 - 250) .
