The attendance system at SMPN 7 Palangka Raya is generally carried out conventionally by affixing a signature on the attendance sheet, but many problems occur such as forging signatures. This method is easy for an educational institution because the level of discipline cannot be controlled and can be used by irresponsible people, another disadvantage that may appear in the attendance system manual is data recapitulation which still takes a lot of time and effort. This study aims to overcome these presence problems by creating an online presence application using a smartphone and using the GPS feature.
The haversine formula is an important equation in navigation, giving the great circle distance between two points on a spherical (earth) surface based on longitude and latitude as input variables. This use uses this method by applying the earth's ellipsoid as well as low altitude and altitude on the earth's surface, has a fairly accurate level.
The writing methods used in this study include data collection (observation, literature, documentation and surveys) the google maps device system development method using the harvensie algorithm formula based on the location area and the software testing method using Black Box Testing.
The result of this research is a design of the application of the Haversine method of attendance attendance formula in determining the regional performance allowance for educators based on Android which can display the results of the user's location, history and permission. Based on the respondents who managed to get an average score of 81.7% which means very good.

Sebangau National Park is a national park located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. In administrative division, Sebangau National Park is located in three districts. They are Katingan Regency (52%), Pulang Pisau Regency (38%) and Palangka Raya City (10%). Sebangau National Park consists of peat forest. On the website Sebangau National Park, Palangka Raya only provides information about the Park, news, articles, flora and fauna. The animals available on the website are very few so that there are some animals that are not recognized. For this reason, the "-based animal application in Sebangau National Park" system was developed Web to help introduce other animals.
The design method used is the method waterfall, is one type of application development model and is included in the classic life cycle , which emphasizes sequential and systematic phases. For the development model, it can be analogous to a waterfall, where each stage is carried out sequentially from top to bottom.
The application used to build the system, Codeiginiter Framework 3,programming languages PHP and HTML, text editor using Sublime Text 3, XAMPP as a web server and MySQL as a database management system.

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) atau Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sistem informasi pemetaan berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk memasukkan, menyimpan, memanggil kembali, mengolah, menganalisis dan menghasilkan data bereferensi geografis atau data geospatial. Tujuan dari mengetahui sistem informasi geografis adalah untuk untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan penggunaan lahan, sumber daya alam, lingkungan, transportasi, fasilitas kota, dan pelayanan umum lainnya. Dalam pengujian dilakukan pengumpulan data properti rumah dari kantor DPD REI Kalimantan Tengah.
Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan lokasi properti menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Codeigniter untuk memetakan lokasi dan spesifikasi properti pada Google Maps API.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan output beberapa data seperti detail informasi perusahan properti, spesifikasai detail lokasi unit properti dan tipe bangunan. Sementara dalam prototyping program dimulai dengan pembuatan desain interface menggunakan Balsamiq Wireframes. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengimplementasikan ke dalam kode bahasa pemrograman Php dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter agar desain aplikasi prediksi kerentanan banjir dapat berfungsi. Setelah program prediksi berhasil dibuat, data properti kecamatan Sabangau dapat di inputkan. Selanjutnya akan diproses oleh sistem yang telah dirancang kedalam kode program, kemudian hasil dari detail properti akan muncul pada Google Maps.

Communities need quick and easy access to information. With the development of information technology, many agencies from developed societies have used information technology to obtain information. One of the technologies that has developed rapidly, namely internet technology, including the development of Client Server-based Applications. By using the Internet, space and time constraints can be minimized, meaning that information can be accessed anytime and anywhere in a matter of seconds. The information that people need at this time, one of which is Android. Android technology is one that is highly developed. Android is a form that can describe information about an area, such as Baturaya 1 Village, Gunung Timang District. In preparing this study the authors used a software development method, namely Extreme Programming (XP). According to Pressman (2015: 12), the Extreme Programming (XP) method generally promotes the discipline of project management processes that encourage inspection and adaptation, a leadership philosophy that encourages teamwork or individuals, organizing and accountability, engineering practices that allow delivery of high-quality software quickly and business approaches that are in line with developing user needs and company goals. At this stage the author creates a data collection application and village data information so that data is more accurate based on the interviews and planning, the authors determine what requirements are used in the system to help solve system management problems in the form of uml, usecase, activity diagrams. The conclusions that can be drawn from the design of the Client Server-Based Data Collection Monitoring Application for Villagers of Baturaya 1 Village, Gunung Timang District, which have been discussed in previous chapters, are as follows: 1. The process of developing the Client Server-Based Client Server-Based Monitoring Application for Residents of Baturaya 1 Village Village by carrying out the process of collecting data carried out during research such as making observations, interviews, literature studies, planning, design, programming (coding), and testing. The system built includes population data collection in Batu Raya Village 1. Making information applications is made using php, java, MySQL database, and android studio. In compiling this research I used a software development method, namely Extreme Programming so that it becomes an application. 2. With this Android-based application, it can overcome the problems faced by Baturaya 1 Village Officers, especially in collecting population data in Baturaya 1 Village. 3. Based on the data from the questionnaire results with 30 respondents and the data was calculated, the value of the Client Server-Based Client Server-Based Resident Data Collection Monitoring Application in Baturaya Village 1 Village is of good value. So by averaging the results of the 6 questions by sum 1) For question 1, the average result is obtained = 88.6% 2) For question 2, the average result is = 82% 3) For question 3, the average result is obtained = 87.3% 4) For question 4, the average result is obtained = 88.6% 5) For question 5, the average result is = 89.3% 6) For question 6 the average result is = 88% Then the results obtained by 523.8% will be searched for the overall average, namely 523.8/ 6 = 87.3 with a Good predicate.

Pembimbing I Veny Cahya Hardita, M.Kom. dan Pembimbing II Rudini, M. Pd. Dinas kesehatan merupakan instansi yang melayani segala keperluan yang bersangkutan dengan bidang kesehatan. Dalam sebuah bidang instalasi farmasi dinas kesehatan provinsi Kalimantan Tengah mempunyai masalah dalam pencatatan stok vaksin, data stok tersebut masih dikerjakan secara manual. Dalam kartu stok meliputi penerimaan barang, pendistribusian barang, sampai ke jumlah akhir dari jumlah barang tersebut. Berdasarkan kasus diatas penulis berencana membangun sebuah sistem stok berbasis web yang akan membantu mencatat data masuk dan keluarnya barang, judul yang penulis angkat dalam perancangan sistem tersebut adalah “RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PERSEDIAAN DAN DISTRIBUSI VAKSIN COVID-19 DENGAN METODE FIRST IN FIRST OUT (FIFO)”, metode fifo digunakan agar tidak terjadi penumpukan barang lama yang tidak terdistribusi, dengan metode fifo barang yang datang lebih awal akan didistribusi terlebih dahulu.

Vulnerability is a condition or condition that can reduce the community's ability to prepare for disaster hazards or threats. The purpose of knowing vulnerability is to reduce the possibility of adverse impacts caused by disasters. The process of predicting flood vulnerability using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System method. In the tests carried out by manual calculations and the program uses several defuzzification methods, namely Centroid, SOM (Smallest Of Maximum), LOM (Large Of Maximum), MOM (Mean Of Maximum), Bisector. Furthermore, manual calculations are compared with calculations from the program.The problem of this research is how to design and create a 2D Platformer game based on Android that has an educational element in it that can help users to provide entertainment and learning simultaneously while playing games. The problem of this research is how to implement mamdani fuzzy logic to predict flood vulnerability in Palangka Raya City and how to build a mamdani fuzzy system to predict flood area vulnerability in Palangka Raya City area based on Web with Php programming language. This research produces outputs that are safe, vulnerable, very vulnerable and flood vulnerability. For manual calculations, it begins with determining the fuzzy set of each variable, forming fuzzy rules (implications), composition of rules using the MAX function, confirmation (defuzzification). Meanwhile, the program starts with creating an interface design using Balsamiq Wireframes. Then proceed with implementing it into the PHP programming language code so that the design of the flood vulnerability prediction application can function. After the prediction program has been successfully created, the sub-district monograph data can be entered. Furthermore, it will be processed using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System method that has been included in the program code, then the results of the vulnerability will appear.

The accuracy of the ICD 10 code is very important, because it will affect the data and report information. In addition, it also affects the payments that will be billed to the health insurance and patients. This study aims to create a Web-Based International Classification Of Diseases Tenth (ICD-10) Data Management Application at Dr.Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Hospital to facilitate the Admin in classifying disease data. The software development method used by the author in this study is using Extreme Programming (XP) which is a software engineering process that tends to use an object-oriented approach and the target of this method is patient disease data that is small or large in scale. The software testing method uses Black Box Testing and the system weakness analysis method uses the PIECES method. In building the Data Management Application, the International Classification Of Diseases Tenth (ICD-10) was used for programming PHP and HTML, Noteped++ and bootstrap, XAMPP as a webserver and MySQL as a database management system. The application built has an admin login feature, ICD-10 data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the application is as expected. This is evidenced by the respondent's questionnaire using a Likert scale with a value of 407 or 81.4% located closer to the Agree interval (S) than the maximum value of 500, so it can be concluded that the program that the author created has met a very good value applied to assist and facilitate administration in accessing disease codes using a new system, namely the Web-based International Classification of Diseases Tenth (ICD-10) data management application.

Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dewasa ini, informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu pekerjaan dan kegiatan usaha. Teknologi Informasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan menunjang bagi suatu badan / instansi / departemen / perusahaan baik negeri maupun swasta dalam skala kecil, sedang, ataupun besar, sehingga dengan informasi dapat diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Karena diterapkannya Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah yang mengatur pembagian wewenang antara Pemerintah Kabupaten, Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Pusat. Kewenangan Pemerintah Kabupaten mengenai sektor Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menjadi hilang/dialihkan kepada pemerintah provinsi yang berakibat Pemerintah Kabupaten hanya dapat mengajukan kegiatan pada pemerintah provinsi. Masalah yang timbul adalah kesesuaian antara kebutuhan kegiatan yang muncul terkadang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan kegiatan jangka menengah yang disusun oleh dinas (kesesuaian antara renja dan renstra), serta harus ditampungnya kegiatan yang menjadi pokok pikiran DPRD yang didapat dari hasil reses DPRD. Rencana-rencana kegiatan tersebut harus pula mendapat persetujuan dari Badan Anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, karena sensitivitas data mengenai anggaran maka mungkin akan tedapat kesulitan dalam permintaan data anggaran. Analisis ini, pada tahap analisis dilakukan pembuatan desain proses (Flowchart) terhadap sistem yang baru. Kemudian tahap desain juga dilakukan pembuatan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) atau diagram alir merupakan suatu tahap desain secara tersturuktur. Dan dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, HTML serta perangkat lunak pendukung yakni MYSQL merupakan salah satu sistem manajemen database yang biasa digunakan untuk mengelola data. Analisis dan Perancangan Pengajuan Kegiatan Kedinasan Pada Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah ini dapat menampilkan keluaran berupa dokumen rencana kegiatan beserta rinciannya.

The Palangka Raya City Arts Council is an agency or institution or non-governmental organization that has a framework to accommodate the aspirations of artists rooted in Indonesian cultural roots found in the City of Palangka Raya. The Palangka Raya City Arts Council website (https://dkpr.or.id/) only provides information about institutions, and data collection on artists in Palangka Raya City is still offline using Microsoft Office Word. For this reason, the "Website for Data Collection of Artists in the City of Palangka Raya Using the Codeigniter Framework" was developed to facilitate online data collection of actors without having to go to the administration. The software development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle and the applications used to build the Codeigniter 4 Framework system, the PHP and HTML programming languages, the text editor uses Sublime Text 3, XAMPP as the webserver, and MySQL as the database management system. The website that was built has admin and user login features, account registration verified by the admin, data collection on artists consisting of artists and cultural studios, data management for artists, and print reports on artist data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the new system is as expected. This is evidenced by black-box testing and user response questionnaires using a Likert scale with a value of 925 or 92.5% located closer to the Strongly Agree (SA) interval that the program that the author created has met a very good score to be applied to help art actors collect data online.

The development of information technology today is increasing rapidly, the need for information and data processing in many aspects of human life is very important. Technology has made it easy for us in this life, almost every aspect of life has taken advantage of the sophistication of technology. Central Kalimantan has a lot of traditional markets that are widespread in every district and city. Often people do not know the location of traditional markets in other regions, and it makes the community, especially overseas or residents who moved domicile difficult when finding the nearest traditional market. Previously, to find out the information or location of the market spread in Central Kalimantan, people should go around finding the market and ask the locals and review directly to the location of the market in question. This will cause a lot of problems for example less effective because it wastes a lot of time and effort. This system is expected to facilitate the search so that it can help the public in obtaining the information needed in a relatively short time. The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, literature methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, this system development method using Prototype, and Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Likert Scale. The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can help in the process of mapping the location of traditional markets of Central Kalimantan Province. Test results of the system by using Black Box testing as expected. Based on the results of questionnaires to respondents, namely the general public (users) and admins, an interpretation value of 92% for the assessment of the general public, and 87.7% for assessment from the admin. So it can be assumed that the system that the author built has met the value of being eligible for publication.

ABSTRAK Judul Skripsi : “SISTEM INFORMASI WEBSITE SEKOLAH MENGGUNAKAN PHP FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER DI SMAN 1 GUNUNG TIMANG” Nama : Melgian Isnil Willi Gotinson NIM : C1457201044 SMAN 1 Gunung Timang adalah salah satu sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang berada di daerah Kabupaten Barito Utara, tepatnya di desa Kandui, pertengahan dari 16 desa yang tersebar di Kecamatan Gunung Timang. Didirikan pada tahun 1997 yang pada awalnya bernama SMA PGRI dan terus berkembang sampai saat ini telah menjadi SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Timang. Karna terbatasnya jaringan internet yang sekarang ini masih tergolong hal baru bagi masyarakat Kecamatan Gunung Timang menjadikan penyebaran informasi seputar sekolah SMAN-1 Gunung Timang saat ini masih disampaikan dalam bentuk manual kebanyakan informasi terbaru masih ditempel dipapan pengumuman, surat selebaran yang dibagikan kepada siswa dan masih menggunakan media informasi seperti sepanduk dan pamflet sebagai media promosi kepada publik. Sehingga penyebaran informasi sekolah menjadi kurang efektif. Kemudian dengan “Sistem Informasi Website Sekolah Menggunakan PHP Framework Codeigniter Di SMAN 1 Gunung Timang” merupakan suatu aplikasi website, yang memberikan kemudahan untuk pihak SMAN 1 Gunung Timang dalam menyampaikan dan mengelola suatu informasi. Dibangun degan perangkat lunak sublime text, notpad++ dengan bahasa pemprograman PHP Framework CodeIgniter dan dalam mengelola basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL dengan perangkat lunak XAMMP. Hasil dari sistem ini adalah, akan terdapat fitur profil sekolah, guru, kesiswaan, berita, pengumuman, agenda, galeri, download dan Inbox. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga mengelola informasi berupa berita sekolah, pengumuman serta agenda kegiatan. Admin juga dapat mengelola aplikasi tersebut untuk kelola berita (list berita, post berita, pengguna, agenda, pengumuman, download, galeri, data guru, kesiswaan (data siswa), inbox (melihat pesan yang di kirim melalui web sekolah).
