Aplikasi Media Bimbingan Konseling Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Karsa Mulya Palangka Raya Berbasis Web Framework, Advisor I Lili Rusdiana, M.Kom., Advisor II, Amaya Andri Damaini, S.Kom., MT. Counseling Guidance Media Application for Karsa Mulya Vocational High School is an innovation for secondary schools and the equivalent, especially vocational high schools, in the development of this application the main goal is to build a counseling guidance system which includes student data processing, monthly reports, cases, counseling and guidance and counseling system reports. The analytical method used in the design and development of this application is PIECES analysis, the data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, library research, questionnaires and documentation, the stages used in this research are Research & Development (R&D) next is designing The system created using UML (Unified Modeling Language) will then be evaluated for the prototype by testing the system using Black Box Testing to test whether the system created is in accordance with the standards and wishes of the user or not. The results of this study have been successfully implemented into a system and system testing using BlackBox testing as expected, based on the results of questionnaires to respondents, the appearance and application of Counseling Guidance Media at the Karsa Mulya Vocational High School Palangka Raya, amounting to 92.2% From these results, it can be said that the responses from all respondents are good no, Agricultural Quarantine Class II II , Susi
