All the necessary information can be obtained by accessing the internet. SMA Negeri 10 Palangka Raya is an educational institution that has a computer lab room as a means in the practical learning process and exams used by students. The problem faced today is that when all computers are turned on there are several computers that experience problems when accessing via the internet because each has different needs such as browsing and streaming Therefore, it is necessary to have an appropriate bandwidth management mechanism to set the limit for each client, which aims so that all clients can use the internet smoothly even though all clients use it simultaneously and optimize the performance of the available internet connection. After that, an analysis of the Quality of Service measurement of the LAN network was carried out with the parameters of throughput, delay and packet loss before and after the implementation of bandwidth management to get a better Quality of Service comparison. The methods used in this study include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The network development method used for the research uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. As a step for development in building a better and more stable network, namely using a proxy in the computer lab of SMA Negeri 10 Palangka Raya Based on the results of research that has been carried out in the bandwidth testing stage using a simple queue for PC servers and PC clients can run well according to the needs that have been set and the results of monitoring using the Wireshark application for analysis of LAN network quality of service before and after the implementation of bandwidth management are both the same - the same as getting an index value of "4" which is included in the "Very Good" category based on the TIPHON standard. Computer networks are not something new today, almost everywhere there
is a computer network to facilitate the flow of information in that place. Likewise
in the field of education, technological developments that are increasingly rapidly
require every school to have a computer network to facilitate the teaching and
learning process. SMPN 2 Pandih Batu, Pulang Pisau Regency is one of the first
high schools in Central Kalimantan Province, which already has an internet
network (wireless) with a speed capacity of 20 Mbps.
Learning to use the internet at SMPN 2 Pandih Batu, Pulang Pisau
Regency has not been implemented optimally because many students and students
when studying do not open sites about material but other sites, to find out or
control students and students on a wireless network, network analysis using
wireshark as a network is needed analyzer with the aim of analyzing the network
by conducting supervision by students so that administrators can easily monitor
activities carried out by students. Therefore, the wireshark tool is very appropriate
to use for administrators in monitoring the network and its application is needed to
increase the ease of monitoring activities for wireless network users in the school
environment.
This research was conducted using the Action Research research method,
starting with diagnosing, taking action and evaluating. The results that have been
analyzed show that the use of wifi has not been fully utilized by students, because
many students access social media the most.

Hj. Siti Maryamah, M.M. Keberadaan teknologi internet disambut baik oleh masyarakat luas karena dinilai sangat bermanfaat bagi efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja pengguna. Hal ini dirasakan oleh pengguna, khususnya masyarakat di Kecamatan Bukit Batu. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada warga sekitar, secara umum mereka mengatakan kualitas internet provider jaringan seluler di Kecamatan Bukit Batu tidak merata. Terjadinya ketidakmerataan jaringan internet berbasis teknologi 4G di Kecamatan Bukit Batu mengakibatkan hanya ada wilayah-wilayah tertentu yang memiliki jaringan internet 4G yang stabil dari masing-masing Provider. Tujuan dari penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengetahui informasi dan perbedaan kinerja Quality of Service internet dari masing – masing provider jaringan seluler 4G di Kecamatan Bukit Batu menggunakan Wireshark sebagai Network Analyzer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Pustaka, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi serta menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk analisis data. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan informasi Quality of Service pada Provider 4G jaringan seluler yaitu Provider Telkomsel pada Kecamatan Bukit Batu mendapatkan nilai indeks “2,75” kategori “Kurang”, Provider XL Axiata menggunakan kartu operator XL dan menggunakan kartu operator Axis pada Kecamatan Bukit Batu mendapatkan indeks “2,83” kategori “Kurang”, dan Provider Indosat pada Kecamatan Bukit Batu mendapatkan indeks “1,83” kategori “Buruk”.
