Perkembangan teknologi seperti saat ini menjadikan sebuah tuntutan bagi
pengguna smartphone dan menjadikan Hospot menjadi sering digunakan fasilitas
tersebut guna mengakses internet, walaupun secara umum teknologi kabel masih
belum bisa dikalahkan oleh teknologi nirkabel (wireless). Sekolah Dasar
Pamarunan yang berdiri pada tahun 1958 yang beralamat pada Kecamatan Kahayan
Tengah, Desa Bukit rawi Kabupaten pulang pisau, Provinsi Kalimantan tengah
penulis membuat proyek tugas akhir di sekolah tersebut karena belum tersedia
fasilitas hotspot bagi siswa maupun staf sekolah untuk mengakses internet, maka
pada proyek tugas akhir ini penulis mengusulkan untuk menerapkan perancangan
jaringan hotspot dengan sistem login pada jaringan sekolah sebagai salah satu
sistem atau cara untuk memudahkan klien dalam mengkoneksikan jaringan ke
internet
Metode Ndlc digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan bandwidth
internet, sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya dan mempercepat kecepatan akses
internet. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif
deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan
studi dokumentasi.
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna internet
di sekolah dasar Aplikasi bandwidth management dibuat dan dimodifikasi dari hasil
perancangan dengan limit 3MBPS untuk user guru dan user administrator sesuai
bandwidth router modem Berdasarkan hasil Output Bandwitdh rata-rata kecepatan
jaringan pada SDN-1 Pamarunan adalah 495,5kbps menggunakan modem router
telkomsel orbit pada Sekolah Dasar Pamarunan-1. Metode Ndlc berhasil
mengoptimalkan penggunaan bandwidth internet sehingga kecepatan akses internet
dapat ditingkatkan.

Desain dan Implementasi WIFI VOUCHER menggunakan Mikrotik RB750GR3 pada Jaringan Indihome Hostoria Coffee Tamiang Layang, Advisor I Herkules, S.Kom., M.Cs., Advisor II Catharina Elmayantie, M.Pd. In Tamiang Layang not all areas or private homes have good and stable internet access so networks with wireless or wireless technology such as indihome wifi are needed by everyone, so places that provide indihome wifi such as cafes are the best alternative to relax, play games or doing activities that are online. Hostoria Coffee Tamiang Layang is a cafe that has several facilities owned by Historia Coffee, namely one banner, one shophouse and several seats for customers who buy and indihome Wifi facilities which are only 20Mbps, the problem is that it is used freely and free of charge by everyone. Hostia Coffee Tamiang Layang customers or not customers but only want to use indihome Wifi internet, so that several times the Hosteria Coffee Tamiang Layang Wifi network slows down because the user exceeds the limit and harms the owner, so there needs to be management in limiting the Wifi use. The problem discussed is how to design and implement WIFI VOUCHER using Mikrotik RB750GR3 on the Indihome Hosteria Coffee Tamiang Layang Network. In conducting this study, using software, namely Winbox, Mikhmon and for the method used is the Research and Development method and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. From the results of the implementation of the questionnaire, the writer concluded about the Design and Implementation of WIFI VOUCHER using Mikrotik RB750GR3 on the Indihome Hosteria Coffee Tamiang Layang network has worked well, this is based on the results of the implementation and the user questionnaire with a value of 267.

Network Design Using Mikrutik at the Computer Lab of SMA Negeri 10 Palangka Raya, Advisor I Hotmian Sitohang, M.Kom Advisor II Hafiz Riyadh, M.Kom At this time the use of the internet has become an important aspect of everyday life. All the necessary information can be obtained by accessing the internet. SMA Negeri 10 Palangka Raya is an educational institution that has a computer lab room as a means in the practical learning process and exams used by students. The problem faced today is that when all computers are turned on there are several computers that experience problems when accessing via the internet because each has different needs such as browsing and streaming Therefore, it is necessary to have an appropriate bandwidth management mechanism to set the limit for each client, which aims so that all clients can use the internet smoothly even though all clients use it simultaneously and optimize the performance of the available internet connection. After that, an analysis of the Quality of Service measurement of the LAN network was carried out with the parameters of throughput, delay and packet loss before and after the implementation of bandwidth management to get a better Quality of Service comparison. The methods used in this study include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The network development method used for the research uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. As a step for development in building a better and more stable network, namely using a proxy in the computer lab of SMA Negeri 10 Palangka Raya Based on the results of research that has been carried out in the bandwidth testing stage using a simple queue for PC servers and PC clients can run well according to the needs that have been set and the results of monitoring using the Wireshark application for analysis of LAN network quality of service before and after the implementation of bandwidth management are both the same - the same as getting an index value of "4" which is included in the "Very Good" category based on the TIPHON standard. The application of hotspots and bandwidth management are definitely necessary where the number of teachers and employees is quite numerous, therefore the internet facilities resulting in limited access and in several places SDN Mendawai 5 Sukamara Regency does not receive internet. There is an application hotspot and bandwidth management using winbox and user applications manager mikrotik RB 750 GR 3 expectantly that it capable to used and managed properly
In this case, the problem that would be to discussed is how to design and implementation of hotspot network and bandwidth management on SDN Mendawai 5 Sukamara Regency using Mikrotik rb 750 gr 3. This research used R&D method and technical Sampling is using the method of observation to interviews.
From the results of monitoring network ‘throughput’ the author could conclude about the design and implementation of the hotspot and the bandwidth made has managed properly. This is based on the throughput results teacher users and admins that have differences in speed the bps are 227.4 kbps and 389.08 kbps.

Abstrak Pada tahun ajaran 1994/1995 hingga 2003/2004, sekolah ini pernah disebut sekolah lanjutan tingkat pertama (SLTP). Saat ini SMPN 3 Manuhing masih menggunakan 1 ISP dari Provider CBN. Permasalahan saat ini adalah sering terjadinya putus koneksi Internet pada , SMPN 3 Manuhing yang mengakibatkan pada Ruangan Laboratorium Komputer tidak dapat mengakses aplikasi. Jadi, kebutuhan jaringan informasi antar Ruangan Laboratorium Komputer sangat tinggi. Maka dari itu, SMPN 3 Manuhing menginginkan suatu koneksi Internet yang stabil dan handal dalam menunjang tujuan pembelajarannya dan ujian UNBK ( Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer. Penelitian ini menggunkan Metode pengembangan sistem PPDIOO merupakan metode perancangan jaringan dari Cisco atau biasa disebut sebagai siklus hidup layanan jaringan Cisco yang dirancang untuk mendukung berkembangnya jaringan. PPDIOO terdiri dari Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, dan Optimize. Dengan kebutuhan layanan jaringan yang semakin kompleks, maka diperlukan suatu metodologi yang mendukung perancangan arsitektur dan disain jaringan. Cisco memperkenalkan sebuah metode perancangan jaringan dengan model PPDIOO yaitu, Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, dan Optimize. Diperlukannya suatu koneksi alternatif apabila terjadinya putus koneksi pada koneksi utama, dan koneksi alternatif (backup connection) akan menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik menggantikan koneksi utama secara otomatis, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran sekolah akan tetap berjalan dengan baik. putus koneksi Internet pada , SMPN 3 Manuhing yang mengakibatkan pada Ruangan Laboratorium Komputer tidak dapat mengakses aplikasi. Jadi, kebutuhan jaringan informasi antar Ruangan Laboratorium Komputer sangat tinggi. Maka dari itu, SMPN 3 Manuhing menginginkan suatu koneksi Internet yang stabil dan handal dalam menunjang tujuan pembelajarannya dan ujian UNBK ( Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer).
