With the development of internet technology from generation to generation which continues to increase, especially in mobile internet usage services. Internet service providers themselves are competing to improve the latest technology, especially wireless technology for the internet. This can be seen from the increase in users of wireless technology on mobile devices or cellphones in Indonesia, this is also evidenced by the presence of new technology that has the quality of telecommunication networks in terms of data speed, namely 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology. This technology is a broadband technology, which is a high-speed data transmission line which is equivalent to a larger bandwidth capacity than conventional telephone lines. The problem in this study is to determine the quality of the internet network from cellular operators Telkomsel, TRI 3 and IM3 in two sub-districts in Palangka Raya which has the best quality. The purpose of this study was to test the quality of the G cellular internet network from the cellular operator products Telkomsel, TRI 3 and IM3. By applying the QOS (Quality of Service) method to find out a number of factors or parameters that affect the quality of the 4G cellular internet network. The analysis tool uses Wireshark software.
