In carrying out service operations, Bahalap hotel chooses the best waiters to increase morale and provide maximum service. The best waiters are website based with only cover in the FnB field. In designing and building websites, the type of research used is R&D or research and development, where websites are created by analysis, design and testing. The analysis is made such as system analysis and data collection, while the system design is designed using context diagrams and interface design. The data collection method used the interview method with Narlon's brother as HOD FnB Bahalap Hotel in order to find data on priority criteria The system for selecting the best waiters that has been completed has several features including the selection of waiters based on the assessment period, graphs of assessment and translation of analytical process calculations, the results of the features mentioned are packaged in the form of a website.
