Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Peserta Didik Baru Pada TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Barito Selatan Berbasis Web, Pembimbing I Rosmiati, M.Kom Pembimbing II Rommi Kaestria, M.Kom. Permasalahan pada sistem sekarang di TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Barito Selatan yaitu pendaftaran peserta didik yang masih tertulis maka dibutuhkan sebuah website yang dapat digunakan untuk pendaftaran peserta didik baru untuk mempermudah orang tua calon peserta didik melakukan pendaftaran secara online. Karena, sistem pendaftaran yang masih manual tersebut orang tua calon peserta didik terlebih dahulu ke TK Negeri Pembina untuk mengambil formulir pendaftaran dan diminta untuk melengkapi berkas pendaftaran, jika berkas sudah lengkap maka akan diserahkan ke petugas dan dilakukan pengecekan ulang apakah berkas sesuai atau tidak dengan persayaratan yang ada di formulir tersebut. Agar tercipta suatu sistem yang memadai yang mampu untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, maka perlu dibuat suatu sistem yang dapat mengatasi proses pedaftaranpeserta didik baru secara cepat dan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah direncanakan. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu meliputi metode observasi, wawancara, kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert.Adapun metode analisis menggunakan PIECES dan Rancangan desain sistem ini menggunakan Balsamiq Mockups, dan alat bantu analisis menggunakan Unifield Modeling Language (UML). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dinilai dari 10 responden maka didapat hasil interprestasi sebesar 93,2% atau dengan nilai 223, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “Sangat Setuju” dan layak untuk digunakan.

The purpose of designing this web-based application is to make it easier for patients to register themselves or their family members without having patients queue and wait long. Facilitate clinic staff in serving patient registration. Improve time efficiency in terms of service to patients. Make it easy for patients to find out the results of their medical records, so that patients can find out the age of the womb and consult the midwife. Make it easy for medical clinic administrative staff in making reports without having to spend a lot of money. In this case, web-based applications are the right choice, because the operating system is online. The research method is to collect data through observation in Medical Clinic. Then spread the questionnaires and interviews. This application is built using PHP application program and using MySQL database. The results of the design of the application of online patient registration and Fetus medical check examination is expected to help Admin (administrative staff) and user (patient) by utilizing internet connection. The result of this research has been implemented a Development of Employee Leave Information System in the Asset Sector at the Regional Finance Agency Office of Central Kalimantan and has been tested to computers and laptops. Then the author distributed the questionnaire to the general public 10 users and obtained calculation with result of satisfaction level 356 or 89% where the value is close to the point Very Good (A) so it can be assumed that the program that the authors created has met the good value to be published.

There are still many people who think that the manual system is the best way to solve a problem in the system and apply it in everyday life. As in the Office of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports of the City of Palangka Raya, which still uses a manual system in the registration and selection process for prospective sons and daughters of tourism. Without exception for registration, you must first take the form and then return it to the Office. This is considered a waste of time and is inefficient and has a great chance of losing or scattering forms and requirements. Based on my personal experience in 2019, there was a loss of form and one of the election requirements was scattered which required us to take a form and complete the file again and automatically required us to return to the office of the Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office of the City of Palangka Raya.
There are several research methods, namely the observation method, which is done by observing directly to the object of research at the Office of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports of the city of Palangka Raya. The interview method where the author asks several questions or questions and answers regarding matters relating to the needs of writing and designing applications as a whole. The library method of collecting data is sourced from books, the internet, to other thesis examples. Questionnaire method which gives several questions in writing to several respondents. And the last is the documentation method that the research is carried out by collecting data on prospective participants' files and several files that regulate the registration process.
From the results of the discussion in the previous chapters, several conclusions can be drawn from the final project entitled "Analysis and Design of Information Systems for Registration and Selection of Children and Children of Tourism at the Office of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports of Palangkaraya City" as follows:
1. Analysis and Design of Information System for Registration and Selection of Men and Women of Tourism at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports of Palangkaraya City as a means of registration information for male and female participants of Palangka Raya tourism and assisting participants in finding the right information.
2. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation using the Likert Scale method, with 10 statements submitted to 20 respondents divided into 15 respondents (employees) and 5 community respondents, it can be concluded that the system design is feasible, because it obtains an interpretation value of 93.7% with the total overall score is 937.
3. This final project is only up to the design stage where later the design or description will be described one by one with video.

Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Berobat Pasien pada Apotek dan Klinik Parviz Palangka Raya, Pembimbing I Hafiz Riyadli, M.Kom., Pembimbing II Susi Hendartie, M.Kom. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membuat rancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran berobat pasien yang dapat membantu pihak apotek dan klinik parviz dalam mempermudah pengolahan data berupa data dokter, data jadwal praktek dokter, data pasien, dan laporan. Dalam melakukan penelitian tugas akhir ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode analisis pieces, pemodelan UML. Metode pengupulan data, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode studi pustaka, metode kuesioner, dan metode dokumentasi. Perancangan antarmuka (Interface) menggunakan Balsamiq Mockup. Hasil akhir dari penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah berupa rancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran berobat pasien berbasis mobile membantu dalam proses pendaftaran berobat pasien sehingga pasien tidak perlu lagi datang ke apotek dan klinik parviz untuk mendaftar berobat, selain membantu dalam proses pendaftaran dapat menghemat biaya transportasi bagi pasien. Pasien cukup membuka website apotek dan klinik parviz melalui browser. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Berobat Pasien ini memberikan suatu informasi berupa jadwal praktek dokter, data dokter, laporan, dan no antrian. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan kuesioner menggunakan Metode Skala Likert, dengan 5 pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada 10 responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran berobat pasien pada apotek dan klinik parviz palangka raya sudak layak, karena memproleh nilai interpretasi sebesar 91,6%
