T and Advisor II Frengklin Matatula, S. Kom., M. Msi The problem in this research is how to make an English learning media application at SMAN 2 Katingan Hilir based on a mobile web that can help teachers and students in the learning/teaching process. In conducting this thesis research proposal, there are several methods used by the author, which include data collection methods, system development methods, general reviews (objects of research), analysis, and system design. The final result of this research proposal is an application of English learning media for teachers and students of SMAN2 Katingan Hilir in online learning English.

Sc. The problem in research and development of this system is how to make a mobile web-based mail management application that can help the work process of the Central Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office so that the letter recording process can be done computerized. In conducting this thesis research proposal, there are several methods used by the author, which include the prototype system development method, data collection method, general review (object of research), analysis, and system design. The final result of this research is a web-based mobile web-based application for managing incoming and outgoing mail at the Central Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office.
