In growing crops, it is very potential to find diseases in these plants with various symptoms, resulting in crop failure that causes losses. The officials and farmers have difficulty in this because of limited knowledge about the symptoms and diseases that exist in crops. From this research, there is a process of implementing the Fuzzy Sugeno Method into a website-based system for determining plant diseases using html, sublime text 3 and PHP programming languages. This expert web system is able to diagnose diseases that exist in plants with symptoms that appear on these plants. The results of this study produce the output of plant disease diagnosis results, namely by selecting the desired symptoms so that the name of the disease that you want to know appears based on the data obtained. On the web there are symptoms of diseases and diseases of palawija plants, to provide information to facilitate the work of officials and farmers. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation methods, interview methods, and literature studies.

The problem in this study is that farmers often suffer losses due to watermelon crops that are often affected by diseases that result in decreased fruit production. This is due to the limited number of experts or experts who can determine the disease of the watermelon fruit crop and how to deal with it. Therefore, assistance for the replacement of disease experts in watermelon is needed by farmers to help deal with diseases in watermelon appropriately. An expert system is a system designed to mimic an expert's expertise in answering questions and solving problems. This study designed an expert system software using the Naive Bayes method so as to determine the probability of disease based on symptoms by the rules obtained from experts. The final result of this study is the Application of Expert System of Disease Detection in Seamangka Plants Using Naïve Bayes Method to help Farmers detect diseases in watermelon plants.

Supervisor II Arliyana, M.Kom An expert system is a system that stores the knowledge and reasoning of experts. Expert systems have the ability to solve problems like an expert. Expert systems can be designed to assist in medical consultations and diagnose golden dog diseases. sometimes dog keepers have a hard time checking their dogs. The reason may be limited veterinarians or limited funds. The golden dog disease diagnosis expert system was developed to help dog keepers in golden dog disease based on the symptoms and to find out what therapy can be done to overcome the disease. This system stores the basic knowledge about diseases and symptoms of golden dogs in the form of interconnected rules. The system will ask for symptoms of disease in golden dogs and use forward chaining inference to generate diagnosis and therapy as a solution. The disease diagnosis expert system is designed to be web-based for easy access anywhere. The technology used in making the system uses a programming language and SQL Server as a database. The golden dog disease diagnosis expert system is built to diagnose dog diseases based on answers to questions about symptoms and this system will evolve as disease domains can be added. The golden dog diagnosis expert system must provide a diagnosis of disease conclusions, but animal keepers are still advised to consult a veterinarian.
