Pembimbing II Sherly Jayanti, ST., M.Cs. The problem in this study is that farmers often suffer losses due to watermelon crops that are often affected by diseases that result in decreased fruit production. This is due to the limited number of experts or experts who can determine the disease of the watermelon fruit crop and how to deal with it. Therefore, assistance for the replacement of disease experts in watermelon is needed by farmers to help deal with diseases in watermelon appropriately. An expert system is a system designed to mimic an expert's expertise in answering questions and solving problems. This study designed an expert system software using the Naive Bayes method so as to determine the probability of disease based on symptoms by the rules obtained from experts. The final result of this study is the Application of Expert System of Disease Detection in Seamangka Plants Using Naïve Bayes Method to help Farmers detect diseases in watermelon plants.
