Guidance and Counseling is part of education in schools that provides assistance to students who have problems or have obstacles in terms of learning or in personal matters. The types of guidance and counseling services at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya include orientation services, information services, content mastery services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, group counseling services, consulting services and mediation services. Based on the author's experience in observing Counseling Guidance at SMAN 1 Palangkaraya, it still uses conventional methods. Students receive guidance and counseling from the Guidance and Counseling Teacher (BK) directly in the classroom, or in the BK room for private or individual guidance and counseling. This guidance and counseling process went well before the covid-19 pandemic occurred, but after this pandemic occurred, the direct guidance and counseling process had to be abolished considering the high danger of the spread of covid-19 that occurred in this city. To assist in guidance and counseling during the pandemic, it is necessary to have an online guidance and counseling service application so that guidance and counseling can continue during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. Using the PIECES analysis method, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) analysis tools, as well as interface design using Balsamiq Mockup. The Guidance and Counseling Service Design contains reports of violations for students who can report violations committed by other students, the profile page and BK gallery of SMAN-1 Palangkaraya, and an educational video page. Based on the results of the calculation of the questionnaire using the Guttman Scale method, with 5 statements submitted to 40 respondents who is a counseling guidance teacher and students in grades 10 and 11 at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya it can be concluded that the design of guidance and counseling services for students at SMAN-1 Palangka Raya is based on obtaining an interpretation value of 81.5% so it can be concluded that the design has followed the system requirements. user.
