At this time it cannot be denied that the times are growing and technology is developing more rapidly. In this case, everyone is required to be able to adapt quickly to today's technology. With a computerized system, human work becomes faster and more efficient and obtains precise and accurate information. Computers and the internet play an important role in various functions in social life. Puskesmas as a health service requires a computer as a tool for processing and presenting information. The Puskesmas, which provides health services to the community all day, is a sector of health institutions that is growing rapidly along with the increase in population. Data collection methods used in this study are observation methods, documentation methods, literature, interviews, and questionnaires. Using the PIECES analysis method, and process design. Based on the results and analysis that the author got on the design of a web-based health service information system at the Sepang Simin Health Center, health services are still being carried out by recording into a notebook.
