Abstrak
ABSTRACT Mella Oktavia, C1855201019, 2022. Design and Build Applications for Selling Cosmetics at a Client-Server-Based Nida Store, Supervisor I Sam'ani, ST., M.Kom., Supervisor II Arliyana M.Kom. Technological advances in various fields, especially in the field of sales, seem to have no death to learn it. From day to day technological advances in the field of sales are constanly evolving. The problem with this study is that the management of the cosmetic sales business still uses a manual system so that it is one of the factors causing the late sales process. With this research, it can facilitate the process of sales transactions and search for data and minimize if something goes wrong with the system. The method used in this study is the development of this research system using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model, which is the process of making and changing the system as well as the model and methodology used to develop a system. The results of this study are the Design to Build a Cosmetic Sales Applications on a Client-Server based Nida store were successfully built using Visual Basic.Net and SQL Server 2008 as well as Sql Server Configuration Manager and the results of system testing using black box testing as expected.
