Abstrak

Development of android-based English learning media application, Advisor I Elia Zakaria, MT, Advisor II Catharina Elmayantie, M.Pd Technological developments in the current era of globalization have grown very rapidly and provide many benefits in advances in the cellular field, from the cellular model itself to its function. One example of the function of a mobile phone can be used as a learning medium. The goal to be achieved in this study is to develop an Android-based English learning media application. This application is a medium of English learning in the scope of Body and House which is displayed in the form of sounds and images. This application is made using android studio with a Java-based supporting application JDK program. The method used in this study is data collection method in the form of literature study and questionnaire method. While the software development method uses the MDLC model. The results of the application when run on a smartphone can be used easily by users, with attractive and easy-to-understand designs and objects.
