Currently information technology is developing very rapidly so that to get information is no longer limited by distance and time. The continuous development of technology has an impact on the process of managing data and delivering information as needed. So that everything can be done faster, both in the health sector. While the use of technology as a supporter of information dissemination has developed a lot, web-based information will become a tool that is not only able to manage information, but can also be a dynamic medium of information. The website can also be used for dissemination, related to profiles and maternal and child health services that are considered capable of building, as well as providing the best impression and also professional information for the Independent Midwife Practice who has the website. The mobile web application for the practice midwife Hj Siti Saudah in Palangkaraya City was built with a visual code application that was successfully implemented. This is shown in testing the use of the system, which makes it easier to provide information to patients and the outside community through information technology in the form of a mobile-based web. The test results of the system show a value that is quite satisfactory, it can be seen from the average value of 10 respondents who tested the system. Perkembangan Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekarang ini sudah berkembang dengan sangat pesat,Terlebih lagi dengan adanya komputer dimana informasi akan lebih cepat diperoleh hal tersebut semakin meningkatkan kualitas dalam bekerja. Pangkalan Berkat Bersama memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah pembuatan Data pelanggan, Data Transaksi Penjualan, Data stok barang dan Laporan dengan adanya sistem informasi pemilik mengetahui laporan-laporan tersebut dengan cepat dan akurat. Maka dengan permasalahan yang ada, penulis tertarik untuk menyusun sebuah penelitian yang berjudul “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama Web”.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Apache sebagai web server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall dan alat bantu perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah pengembangan sistem informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuisioner dengan skala likert yang dinilai dari 15 responden, maka didapat hasil interpretasi sebesar 70,5% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “ Baik” dan layak untuk digunakan.
