Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science, technology, and art through education, research, and community service. During the course of carrying out their duties, the lecturer gets a score (credit number) which will be used for the promotion process. Based on the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 17 of 2013,
The methods used in this study include observation methods, interview methods, library methods, documentation methods, and questionnaire/survey methods, techniques and analytical tools using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) Tools, Testing methods using Black Box Testing and Scala Likert .
The results of this study have been successfully implemented into an information system that can assist in processing lecturer rank data. The results of this study have also been tested using Black Box testing on the results of the implementation. The results of system testing using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely lecturers and admins, the interpretation value was 219 from ( 0 - 250) . So it can be assumed that the system that the author has built has met a value that is worthy of publication

ABSTRACT Maulana Ikhsan, C1757201070, 2021. Analysis and Design of Information Systems on the Website of the Web-Based Information Systems Study Program Student Association (HMPSSI), Supervisor I Rosmiati, M.Kom., Supervisor II Deden Andriawan, M.Kom. The website is one of the most widely used sources of information. Various website applications are made with the aim that users can interact with information providers easily and quickly through internet media. The idea of making this website arose because the author saw the delivery of information in the HMPSSI (Information System Study Program Student Association) which still uses paper media that is only attached to bulletin boards (mading) and social media facebook,making it difficult for the public and students to obtain information. about HMPSSI. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This study resulted in the analysis and design of the HMPSSI information system which contains profile and other information related to HMPSSI. Based on the results of the calculation of the questionnaire assessed from 15 respondents and 13 statements, the interpretation results obtained by 72% or in other words the results of the Analysis and Design on the Website of the Student Association of the Information Systems Study Program (HMPSSI) STMIK Palangkaraya Web-Based feasible to be applied as a system development that will be made in the future. Every company is required to have good management, systems and performance in order to survive in a corporate institution. What must be considered, namely relating to data processing and information because at this time information is very important and valuable for a company institution. The Indonesian Informatics Professional Certification Institute (LSP INFINDO) is an institution where services are provided for obtaining competency certification in the field of informatics. This institution is very important to support in the world of work for many people who want to work in any company or agency. This research uses qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The tools used to analyze and design this information system include UML (Unified Modeling Language), PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services) and Flowchart. As well as designing the interface design using Balsamiq MockUp. Based on the results of the calculation of the questionnaire using the Likert scale method, it can be concluded that the design of the Management Information System design at the Web-based Indonesian Informatics Professional Certification Institute (LSP INFINDO) is interesting and in accordance with user needs, because it gets an interpretation of 82%. The kalteng.aman.or.id website is a website/web-log used by independent community organization (ORMAS) activists who use information technology as a means to communicate, discuss, and convey information. The purpose of this study is to find out how much website utilization is in the Aman Kalteng community organization (ORMAS) and what factors influence the use of the website. The analytical method used is the PIECES method. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research from 10 Aman Central Kalimantan activists thought that the system made it easier for the public to access information about Central Kalimantan's safe community organizations.
The problem in this research is to analyze the efficiency of a website system kalteng.aman.or.id from each of the system functions presented. The goal to be achieved in this research is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the webste that is being analyzed.
The results of the questionnaire using the Likert scale method can be concluded with the number of respondents 10 getting 85,5% results that are categorized as very good to use.

The problem in this study is that the library has difficulty in providing book recommendations to borrowers who are confused when borrowing books. Therefore, the author wants to try to create an application that can analyze the results of loan transaction data as well as provide information about book recommendations to library officers applied to computer devices, with this application is expected to provide convenience for students in borrowing books and library officers in compiling books in accordance with the results of analysis. The purpose of this study is to implement a priori algorithm using association rule data mining to conduct analysis, in order to produce book lending patterns in the LIBRARY STMIK Palangkaraya.in conducting this Final Task research there are two methods used by the author which include the motto of data collection and system development methods. The methods of collecting such data are observations, interviews and literature studies. While the system development method that the author uses is the Rapid Application Development (RAD)method. The final result ofthis research isin the formof application application A priori algorithm for the search for book lending patterns in the library STMIK Palangkaraya that can be used by library guards to get information on book recommendations from the analysis results.

Letter is the smallest unit in the form or symbol of a writing system. The letters used in Indonesian are a 26 letter system. Letters are used to form words so that they have meaning and can represent something to be conveyed. It can be said that letters are components that help humans communicate with one another, just imagine if there were no letters, surely we would have a lot of difficulty in conveying information. Currently the media for learning the letters of the alphabet is still done manually, namely the teacher must explain directly or face to face with students. The world of education has also used software to create interactive learning application methods, one of the developments in learning application technology is on mobile devices. In this study there is a system development method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method and there is also a data collection method that includes literature study, observation and interviews. The final result of this research is an Android-based English alphabet learning application that can be used by children as learning English alphabet letters based on animal pictures.

The development of information technology today, along with the era of free trade, almost every company wants to get the widest possible market segment. This is supported by the development of internet technology and various software on the internet that are increasingly easy for users. The application of internet users in a number of business fields is an effective strategy in penetrating the global market and getting closer to local and foreign consumers through the internet, as if the company opened a place for transactions spread in various locations.
Showroom Nazwan Aulia is a car showroom located in Cilik Riwut Km. 2 - Palangkaraya which still uses manual methods such as recording car showroom data, this greatly limits the space for buyers to move if they are constrained by distance to visit the showroom as well as difficult to determine the meeting time between the two parties (buyer and seller). This encourages the author to provide solutions to the Nazwan Aulia Showroom by designing a website that can provide convenience for consumers to find out the information contained in the Nazwan Aulia Showroom. With the design of this website, it is hoped that it will help the marketing of Nazwan Aulia's Showroom so that its business can develop more.
In conducting this thesis research, the author uses qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, documentation, interviews, literature, and questionnaires. The tools used to analyze and design this sales information system include UML (Unified Modeling Language), PIECES (Performance, Informations, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services). As well as designing the interface design using Balsamic MockUp and Adobe XD.
The results of research based on questionnaires are an average of 100% Owners and 86.7% Users feel the need for updating the existing system, and with that, the authors also design a sales information system interface to improve the sales information system.

Pengalamatan jaringan yang belum dilakukan secara baik, instalasi jaringan yang tidak teratur dan terkesan asal-asalan menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas jaringan pada SMP Nathania Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan jaringan komputer yang meliputi pengalamatan jaringan, bentuk desain jaringan, perangkat yang dibutuhkan dalam proses implementasi, dan perkiraan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam proses implementasi, monitoring dan management jaringan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) meliputi analysis, design, simulation prototype, implementation, monitoring dan management. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari proses perancangan ini adalah sebuah rekomendasi jaringan komputer Local area Network (LAN) dan Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) yang dapat di implementasikan pada SMP Nathania dan penggunaan cable modem atau DSL Modem, serta cloud untuk kemudahan akses internet dan penyimpanan data yang aman. Addressing networks that have not been done properly, network installation that is not regular and seems careless causes difficulties in developing and improving network quality at Nathania Junior High School. This study aims to make computer network planning which includes network addressing, network design forms, devices needed in the implementation process, and estimated costs required in the process of implementation, monitoring and management network as a solution to these problems. The method used in this research is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) which includes analysis, design, simulation prototype, implementation, monitoring and management. The method used in data collection includes observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The result of this design process is a recommendation for computers Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) that can be implemented at Nathania Junior High School and use a cable modem or DSL Modem, as well as the cloud for easy internet access and secure data storage.

The development of information technology today has grown very rapidly in the community where the development of information technology has become an inseparable part of people's lives today. Internet media users have a great influence in efforts to present information. With the internet media information can be quickly and easily obtained and disseminated. The direct advantage is the ease of accessing information without being hindered by place and time, it is widely used in various business fields. Bajenta Wedding Organizer is a service provider that specifically offers packages for the needs of a wedding. Ordering packages at Bajenta is still done via whatsapp and istagram where the information is not too detailed. This encourages the author to provide solutions by designing a website that can provide convenience for the Client to find out the package information contained in the Bajenta Wedding Organizer. With this website, it is hoped that it can improve services so that data management becomes good and neat, helps ordering Bajenta Wedding Organizer packages to be able to produce more accurate information and can streamline time. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. Using the PIECES analysis method, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) analysis tools, as well as interface design using Adobe Xd. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation using the Likert Scale method, with 8 statements submitted to 16 respondents, it can be concluded that the web-based wedding package ordering information system design is feasible because it has an interpretation value of 73.8%. With this information system design research, it is hoped that it can describe what will happen in the future if this system is implemented. It can be taken into consideration to see the advantages and disadvantages, so that it can be continued to the application or website development stage by further researchers. Computers and the internet play an important role in various functions in social life. Puskesmas as a health service requires a computer as a tool for processing and presenting information. The Puskesmas, which provides health services to the community all day, is a sector of health institutions that is growing rapidly along with the increase in population.
Data collection methods used in this study are observation methods, documentation methods, literature, interviews, and questionnaires. Using the PIECES analysis method, and process design.
Based on the results and analysis that the author got on the design of a web-based health service information system at the Sepang Simin Health Center, health services are still being carried out by recording into a notebook.

One of the computer technology that is currently developing is Android. Android is one of the smartphone operating systems whose number of users is very fast today. Android has developed into a smartphone operating system that has the ability to compete with a full PC computer. Android is based on the Linux operating system kernel, which is adapted for use in mobile device environments. This menu ordering application is limited to menu ordering activities that will be used by the service department and food product departmentcontrolled by the admin. This design will serve to replace the function of manual order notes which are commonly used in ordering menus.
Cafe Twofive is a hangout or gathering place that is often used by young people, Cafe Twofive is on Jalan Pangeran Samudra parent. The existing system at Cafe Twofive is still very manual, so based on these problems, the authors analyze and design a system that can help Cafe Twofive in overcoming problems that often occur.
In this study, the author uses qualitative research using 3 methods of data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is PIECES, next is to design a system created using Use Case Diagrams (UML), and the method used is the waterfall method.

School is one of the educational places that is commonly used by everyone. At present, schools not only provide services in the form of education, but also compete to provide more services than other schools. If all of that is done manually, it will take a relatively longer time with a low degree of accuracy. Then it takes a design of mobile web-based information technology that can present School Profile information. The information presented includes an overview of the school, the agenda of activities that have been and will be carried out as well as a gallery of activities, the information becomes a promotional support for the community around the school area and outside the school area itself. In conducting this study, there are two methods used by the writer which include the literature study method, documentation method, and observation method. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The final result of this study is in the form of School Designing and Developing School Profiles and Academic Achievement Rankings of SDN 1 Sanggu Students Based on Mobile Web that can be used by school in the process of delivering information.

Advisor II Elok Faiqotul Himmah,S.S,M.Sc The website seems to have become a necessity for an organization, agency, commercial company, and so on , the library is one of those who feel the change. One example is the creation of a library website that makes it easier for STMIK Palangkaraya students to obtain information online without having to come directly to the library. A website is made so that students know the catalog of books or other information included in the library. Methods that is used in data collection by using a questionnaire or questionnaires, arranged on right questions that meet the standards of ISO 9241-151 . Shows that the results obtained in the usability test by measuring the effectiveness of getting the final result are 84%. Successfully carrying out the task that has been given, therefore the STMIK Palangkaraya library website can be said to be effective. According to ISO 9241-151 which states that "a system is said to be effective if the percentage of success when completing a task is 78% or more." Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin pesat, seperti hal nya dengan perkembangan sistem informasi. Sistem Informasi sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah dan membantu tugas manusia. Pada saat ini sistem yang di gunakan oleh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sejahtera STMIK PalangkaRaya masih konvensional yaitu anggota/calon anggota yang ingin meminjamkan dana di koperasi harus mengisi daftar antrian pinjaman pada buku antrian yang sudah di sediakan bagian koperasi. Pencatatat pengelolaan simpan pinjam dilakukan secara berulang dari buku ke aplikasi perkantoran oleh petugas koperasi, kemudian data tersebut di simpan kedalam bentuk file dokumen excel atau word, dicetak dan disimpan dalam bentuk berkas-berkas dokumen atau boxfile. Pada sistem ini beresiko ketidakakuratan data informasi, kehilangan /tercerenya data dan sulitnya menemukan data serta akan mempengaruhi kinerja koperasi secara keseluruhan. Karena permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem baru yang dapat menggantikan kelemahan sistem lama. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuisioner. Menggunakan metode analisis PIECES, dan alat analisis Unifield Modeling Languange (UML), serta perancangan antarmuka (interface) menggunakan Balsamiq Mockup. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan kuisioner analisa kebutuhan pengguna dan kuisioner evaluasi rancangan sistem menggunakan metode skala likert, dengan 5 pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada 15 responden dapat di simpulkan bahwa rancangan yang di buat oleh penulis telah sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna pada Koperasi Sejahtera STMIK PalangkaRaya sudah layak, karena memperoleh nilai interprestasi sebesar 96,5%. Dengan penelitian ini, dapat menggambarkan yang akan terjadi kedepannya ketika sistem diimplementasikan. dan dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk dilihat kelebihan dan kekurangannya, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan kepada tahap pengembangan aplikasi oleh peneliti selanjutnya.

Through the internet, merchants can offer their products online to buyers without the need to meet face-to-face. One of the products that are still offered by direct offer is traditional handicrafts in Central Kalimantan, especially rattan crafts, one of which is the Panunjung Tarung Shop owned by Mr. Bendang which facilitates the sale of community rattan handicraft products in Timah District, Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan. The problem faced in marketing this product is the difficulty in introducing rattan handicraft products from Central Kalimantan, especially Timah District. Therefore, along with the development of information technology, marketing of these handicraft products must be built and start using a computerized system and online marketing. This method is expected to facilitate the search for information about rattan handicraft products that have an impact on increasing sales. Online marketing can encourage the entry of traditional handicraft products into the international market. So that opportunities to export products to global markets can be maximized. Based on the background of the problem in the previous paragraph, the author tries to make a research "Designing an Android-Based Handicraft SMEs Application in Timah District". The methodology used in making this application is prototyping. The tools used are Adobe Dreamwever CS4 with PHP programming language and XAMPP with MySQL language as database tools and Android Studio. The methods used in data collection such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The system is expected to be able to overcome product marketing problems. From the results of the questionnaire using the Likert Scale method, the author can conclude about the opinions of users about the application made, that users accept the display design and presentation of the information presented well. This is based on the results of the questionnaire that has been calculated using the Likert scale method, with a value of 438 or 87.6% the value is included in the category of Agree (S) interval. The development of information of technology is constantly advancing, and the demand for fast and accurate information is crucial for human life. Currently, the relationship between Lily Decoration business owners and service enthusiasts is still carried out through social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram, where the information is not yet detailed so that the wider community or prospective clients who want to find information about the contents of the services provided by Lily Decoration such as the decoration concept and the type of decoration can do so. In terms of the use of information technology, the internet is the media for spreading information effectively. Information is submitted through a portal called a website. A website profile that allows clients to easily obtain information about Lily Decoration in terms of the type of concept and the pricing given. In addition, business owners may keep up with the trends and increase promotions. The researcher applied some methods in this study such as observation, interview, literature methods, documentation, and questionnaire/survey. The researcher also used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) Tools as the techniques and analytical instrument. For the interface design, the researcher used Adobe Photoshop. The findings of this research have been successfully implemented into an information system analysis which will subsequently be used to assist in the making of the Lily Decoration website profile as a means of promotion. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, namely admins and clients (Users and the General Public), the interpretation value of 68.4% was obtained for user ratings, and 80% for assessments from admins. Furthermore, it can be assumed that the website profile design of Lily Decoration's wedding vendor has met the proper value.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencatatan transaksi pada sebuah tempat usaha rental sound system di Kota Palangkaraya yang sistemnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Tentu saja hal itu sangat tidak efektif karena bisa aja sewaktu – waktu catatan itu hilang dan berakibat fatal. Pelanggan atau penyewa juga tidak pernah diberikan bukti pembayaran, sehingga apabila catatan transaksi hilang, maka tidak ada bukti pemesanan. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini, penulis mengadakan penelitian untuk membuat aplikasi retail berbasis client server. Aplikasi ini nantinya berguna untuk penginputan data ketika pelanggan datang untuk memesan paket rental. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Aplikasi Retail Berbasis Client Server di Beta Audio Sound System agar transaksi pada usaha rental tersebut lebih teratur.

The problem in research and development of this system is how to make a mobile web-based mail management application that can help the work process of the Central Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office so that the letter recording process can be done computerized. In conducting this thesis research proposal, there are several methods used by the author, which include the prototype system development method, data collection method, general review (object of research), analysis, and system design. The final result of this research is a web-based mobile web-based application for managing incoming and outgoing mail at the Central Kalimantan Provincial High Prosecutor's Office.
