Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dewasa ini, informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu pekerjaan dan kegiatan usaha. Teknologi Informasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan menunjang bagi suatu badan / instansi / departemen / perusahaan baik negeri maupun swasta dalam skala kecil, sedang, ataupun besar, sehingga dengan informasi dapat diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Karena diterapkannya Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah yang mengatur pembagian wewenang antara Pemerintah Kabupaten, Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Pusat. Kewenangan Pemerintah Kabupaten mengenai sektor Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral menjadi hilang/dialihkan kepada pemerintah provinsi yang berakibat Pemerintah Kabupaten hanya dapat mengajukan kegiatan pada pemerintah provinsi. Masalah yang timbul adalah kesesuaian antara kebutuhan kegiatan yang muncul terkadang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan kegiatan jangka menengah yang disusun oleh dinas (kesesuaian antara renja dan renstra), serta harus ditampungnya kegiatan yang menjadi pokok pikiran DPRD yang didapat dari hasil reses DPRD. Rencana-rencana kegiatan tersebut harus pula mendapat persetujuan dari Badan Anggaran Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, karena sensitivitas data mengenai anggaran maka mungkin akan tedapat kesulitan dalam permintaan data anggaran. Analisis ini, pada tahap analisis dilakukan pembuatan desain proses (Flowchart) terhadap sistem yang baru. Kemudian tahap desain juga dilakukan pembuatan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) atau diagram alir merupakan suatu tahap desain secara tersturuktur. Dan dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, HTML serta perangkat lunak pendukung yakni MYSQL merupakan salah satu sistem manajemen database yang biasa digunakan untuk mengelola data. Analisis dan Perancangan Pengajuan Kegiatan Kedinasan Pada Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah ini dapat menampilkan keluaran berupa dokumen rencana kegiatan beserta rinciannya.

SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya yang beralamatkan di Jalan Sisingamangaraja III No. 3 Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah merupakan sekolah menengah atas negeri yang sudah menerapkan penggunaan komputer dalam menjalankan aktifitas kerjanya sehari-hari. Akan tetapi penggunaan komputer masih belum secara menyeluruh. Berdasarkan pengamatan, pengelolaan sistem informasi administrasi pada SMAN 4 Palangka Raya masih bersifat manual, seperti data siswa, data guru, dan data surat menyurat. Sebagai contoh dalam pengelolaan surat menyurat, pegawai akan memasukan data surat dengan cara menulis ke dalam buku agenda. Proses pencatatan ini menimbulkan kesulitan ketika dilakukan pencarian data, terutama jika data tersimpan dalam banyak tumpukan kertas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi metode observasi, wawancara, kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Adapun metode analisis menggunakan PIECES, tools perancangan sistem menggunakan Unifield Modeling Language (UML) dan untuk membuat tampilan desain menggunakan Balsamiq Mockups. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sebuah rancangan sistem informasi administrasi sekolah berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner penilaian responden terhadap rancangan sistem informasi, maka didapatkan nilai interpretasi sebesar 89,2% yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil rancangan ini telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

The results of this study have been successfully implemented into a system and test try the system by using a blackbox testing in accordance with the expected. Based on results of the questionnaire to the respondents, the view and the E-Permission Iventory Items On Regional Office Work Center for Quarantine of Agricultural Class II Palangkaraya Based Web this was by 93% of the results that it can be said the responses from all respondents are very good.

With the development of internet technology from generation to generation which continues to increase, especially in mobile internet usage services. Internet service providers themselves are competing to improve the latest technology, especially wireless technology for the internet. This can be seen from the increase in users of wireless technology on mobile devices or cellphones in Indonesia, this is also evidenced by the presence of new technology that has the quality of telecommunication networks in terms of data speed, namely 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology. This technology is a broadband technology, which is a high-speed data transmission line which is equivalent to a larger bandwidth capacity than conventional telephone lines. The problem in this study is to determine the quality of the internet network from cellular operators Telkomsel, TRI 3 and IM3 in two sub-districts in Palangka Raya which has the best quality. The purpose of this study was to test the quality of the G cellular internet network from the cellular operator products Telkomsel, TRI 3 and IM3. By applying the QOS (Quality of Service) method to find out a number of factors or parameters that affect the quality of the 4G cellular internet network. The analysis tool uses Wireshark software. The Palangka Raya City Arts Council is an agency or institution or non-governmental organization that has a framework to accommodate the aspirations of artists rooted in Indonesian cultural roots found in the City of Palangka Raya. The Palangka Raya City Arts Council website (https://dkpr.or.id/) only provides information about institutions, and data collection on artists in Palangka Raya City is still offline using Microsoft Office Word. For this reason, the "Website for Data Collection of Artists in the City of Palangka Raya Using the Codeigniter Framework" was developed to facilitate online data collection of actors without having to go to the administration. The software development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle and the applications used to build the Codeigniter 4 Framework system, the PHP and HTML programming languages, the text editor uses Sublime Text 3, XAMPP as the webserver, and MySQL as the database management system. The website that was built has admin and user login features, account registration verified by the admin, data collection on artists consisting of artists and cultural studios, data management for artists, and print reports on artist data. The results of the study show that the implementation of the new system is as expected. This is evidenced by black-box testing and user response questionnaires using a Likert scale with a value of 925 or 92.5% located closer to the Strongly Agree (SA) interval that the program that the author created has met a very good score to be applied to help art actors collect data online.

In educational institutions, information is very important in establishing relationships between parents and schools. A fast information system is a system needed to improve the quality of educational services and also to increase the role of parents in terms of monitoring the educational development of their children, while in the midst of the rapid development of a competitive world, SMA Negeri 3 Maliku or SMAN 3 Maliku is Educational organization located in the District. Malik, Kab. Home Knives Central Kalimantan Province. Currently SMAN 3 Maliku is trying to develop the existing administrative system to support school performance and services to be good, to improve these services.
To build an information system that can make it easier for the part to print student data with one click, the concept that the author uses is that students can enter their identity independently into the system, then the administration can print the card automatically and concisely based on the student's name or identification number, In the proposed system, a layout that has been designed has been included so that the data can be printed quickly and easily.
In this study, the author uses qualitative research using 4 methods of data collection, namely observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis used is PIECES, next is to design a system created using Use Case Diagrams (UML).
The results of research based on questionnaires are an average of 86.6% with that, the authors also design a web interface to improve the delivery of information to the public.

Bintang Baru Travel merupakan salah satu bisnis yang bergerak dalam bidang transportasi darat di Palangka Raya yang dalam Proses pemesanan travel belum menggunakan Aplikasi/web, Pengolahan data penumpang ditulis ke dalam buku besar atau jurnal, Keamanan data kurang terjamin, sehingga rentan terjadi kesalahan.
Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk menghasilkan analisis dan perancangan layanan manajemen pemesanan travel. Adapun perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode analisis OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan,wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan kuesioner sedangkan untuk pemodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Software yang digunakan dalam implementasi desain yaitu Corel draw X7, Balsamiq Mockups dan Star UML. Sistem ini nantinya akan menghasilkan Perancangan Layanan Manajemen Pemesanan Travel Pada Cv. Bintang Baru Travel Palangka Raya.
Pengujian pada sistem ini menggunakan satu tahapan yaitu pengujian dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 10 responden yang menghasilkan nilai dengan jumlah 213 .Maka dengan begitu dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “Disetujui” dan analisis dan perancangan ini layak dijadikan sebuah sistem.

Pangkalan Berkat Bersama memerlukan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah pembuatan Data pelanggan, Data Transaksi Penjualan, Data stok barang dan Laporan dengan adanya sistem informasi pemilik mengetahui laporan-laporan tersebut dengan cepat dan akurat. Maka dengan permasalahan yang ada, penulis tertarik untuk menyusun sebuah penelitian yang berjudul “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama Web”.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Apache sebagai web server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall dan alat bantu perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD).
Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah pengembangan sistem informasi Penjualan Tabung Gas Elpiji Pada Pangkalan Berkat Bersama berbasis web. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuisioner dengan skala likert yang dinilai dari 15 responden, maka didapat hasil interpretasi sebesar 70,5% dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini “ Baik” dan layak untuk digunakan.

So the role of this information technology can be used for the application of student counseling guidance at the Trinitas Tamiyang Layang Foundation, East Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province which is automatically computerized, later making it easier for students to conduct counseling with teachers. Trinity Foundation is an educational organization located in Tamiang Layang, East Barito, Central Kalimantan Province.
So far, there is no system for presenting information in the field of Counseling Guidance (BK) which is still in the form of a manual where the BK teacher must retrieve and manage student data without using an information system, namely by writing down data about student violations and achievements on a piece of paper containing a violation form and student achievement. The current system is deemed less efficient when viewed from a BK teacher having to write one by one to retrieve student data, then process it.

The role of this information technology can be used to process drug stock data for pharmacies by building an information system design that is not only needed by large health service agencies but is also needed for health institutions such as the Insani Healthy Pharmacy. Apotek Sehat Insani is a company engaged in general health services for both adults and children that provides drug procurement services. Apotek Sehat Insani faces several obstacles, both from users and from patients who want to see the available drugs to leaders who want to know the number of sales and existing stock. Currently, the problem that exists at the Insani Health Pharmacy, especially in handling drug supply transactions, is that the recording of inventory transactions is still done manually. The process is carried out recording the incoming and outgoing drug data books, sometimes writing cannot be read and difficult to understand causing employees to be confused when doing reports. Monthly reports and preparation of reports are only recorded on paper and are not neatly arranged In this study, the author uses qualitative research using 4 methods of data collection, namely observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis used is PIECES, next is to design a system created using Use Case Diagrams (UML). The results of research based on questionnaires are an average of 68% with that, the authors also design a web interface to improve the delivery of information to the public.

One of them is the increasing use of smartphones, especially those based on Android. Panaturan is the holy book of the Hindu Kaharingan religion. This book is written in Sangiang language with Latin letters. Panaturan diterbitkan oleh Majelis Besar Agama Hindu Kaharingan (MB-AHK) based in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. This Panaturan Holy Book contains the guidelines, teachings, values of the Hindu Kaharingan religion starting from the process of creating the universe with all its contents to the teachings in human life to the reunification of the Ranying Hatalla Langit Creator. started to be digitized but still in Portable document format because only a few of these Panaturan holy books were published by the limitations of the Kaharingan Hindu Religious Council. Thus causing a lack of knowledge and application of the teachings of the Panaturan holy book. Therefore, starting this final project, the author is motivated to raise the title "Design and Build an Android-Based Holy Scripture Application". Which later has features in the form of search and bookmarks to make it easier for users to understand the Panaturan holy book. The methodology used in making this application is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The tools used are Adobe Dreamwever CS4 with PHP programming language and XAMPP with MySQL language as database tools and Android Studio. The methods used in data collection such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The system is expected to make it easier for users to understand the Panaturan holy book. From the results of the questionnaire using the Likert Scale method, application development uses a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system. User responses using a Likert scale with a value of 458 or 91.6% are located closer to the Strongly Agree (SS) interval, so it can be assumed that the program that the author created has met a very good value to be applied to help Kaharingan Hindus in studying the Panaturan holy book.

Logika 'benar dan salah' tidak dapat mewakili setiap pemikiran manusia. kemudian dikembangkanlah logika fuzzy yang dapat mempresentasikan setiap keadaan atau mewakili pemikiran manusia. Hal ini akhirnya diterapkan ke dalam sebuah pengembangan mesin yang nantinya memiliki logika yang menyerupai logika manusia. Perbedaan antara logika tegas (crisp) dan logika fuzzy terletak pada keanggotaan elemen dalam suatu himpunan. Jika dalam logika tegas suatu elemen mempunyai dua pilihan yaitu terdapat dalam himpunan atau bernilai 1 yang berarti benar dan tidak pada himpunan atau bernilai 0 yang berarti salah. Sedangkan dalam logika fuzzy, keanggotaan elemen berada di interval [0,1]. Logika fuzzy akan sangat membantu pengolahan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dalam menterjemahkan data-data spasial yang bersifat tidak tegas dan kabur.

Profil Objek Wisata Penangkaran Orangutan Pulau Kaja di Desa Sei Gohong Palangka Raya Berbasis Web Mobile, Pembimbing I Lili Rusdiana, M.Kom., dan Pembimbing II Rosmiati, M.Kom. Di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah tepatnya di kota Palangka Raya terdapat tempat penangkaran orangutan dan sekaligus sebagai tempat objek wisata. Objek wisata penangkaran orangutan ini terletak tepatnya di desa Sei Gohong yang di beri nama Pulau Kaja. yang dikelola Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF). Pulau Kaja dikenal sebagai pulau Pra-Pelepasan OrangUtan. Orangutan yang berada di pulau ini adalah orangutan yang telah lulus dari sekolah hutan di Pusat Re-introduksi BOSF. Selain itu Objek wisata ini sangat unik, pengunjung atau wisatawan tidak diperbolehkan menginjakan kaki di Pulau Kaja ini selain pegawai yang bekerja objek wisata penangkaran tersebut. Wisata penangkaran orangutan di Pulau Kaja telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2006, serta memiliki luas pulau sekitar 110 hektar. Tetapi sangat disayangkan sekali objek wisata penangkaran Pulau Kaja ini sangat jarang sekali diketahui oleh masyarakat baik masyarkat di Kalimantan Tengah khususnya maupun masyarakat Indonesia dan dunia pada umumnya. Belum adanya media khusus yang digunakan dalam menyebarkan informasi orangutan dan tempat wisata Pulau Kaja. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah di uraikan tersebut maka di angkat sebuah penelitian dengan judul “Profil Objek Wisata Penangkaran Orangutan Pulau Kaja di Desa Sei Gohong Palangka Raya Berbasis Web Mobile”. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah Prototype. Bahasa pemrogramannya adalah PHP dan HTML. Tools dan editor yang digunakan CSS3 dan Jquery. Databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Tools dan Editor yang digunakan ialah XAMPP for Windows, dan Adobe Dreamever CS6. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, eksperimen dan studi pustaka. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah Adaptive Software Development (ASD). Tools yang digunakan adalah Adobe Dreamwever CS4 dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan XAMPP dengan bahasa MySQL sebagai database tools. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Sistem diharapkan berguna untuk membantu dalam menyampaikan informasi untuk memupuk kepedulian masyarakat tentang hewan primata asli Indonesia yang hampir punah. Dari hasil kuosioner dengan metode Skala Likert, penulis dapat menyimpulkan tentang pendapat para pengguna mengenai aplikasi yang dibuat, bahwa pengguna menerima dengan baik desain tampilan dan penyajian informasi yang disajikan dengan nilai 388 atau 84,2% nilai termasuk dalam kategori interval Setuju (S). State Elementary School (SDN) 1 Sabaru in processing teacher and employee salary data still uses the conventional way, namely recording in the books so that errors often occur in calculating the amount of teacher and employee salaries based on various different details, this can hamper treasurer performance process.
The problem in this research is how to create a web-based teacher and employee payroll information system at SDN 1 Sabaru, Palangka Raya City. This system is built using the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. The research methodology used is research and development research, while the data collection method uses the observation method, interview method, library method, documentation method and questionnaire method. SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle.
Stages of System Analysis in this stage what the author will do is to design a system modeling and program interface design so that the flow of the program process is clear. For system modeling, the author uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, namely: Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams using 1 database with the name "penggajian.sql" with 5 (five) tables used to store content system. The results of the Likert scale are 423 or 84.6% located closer to the Agree interval (S), so it can be assumed that the program that the author made has met a good value for use and published to the general public.

Yosef Lenggang Station Desktop Based, Supervisor I Susi Hendartie, M.Kom, Supervisor II. Deden Andriawan, M. Kom. This study aims to produce a desktop-based planning of a data information system for the Catholic Church of Santo Yosep Lenggang. This research was appointed based on a phenomenon that appeared in the field, the community data collection system was still carried out manually using lined polio paper so that data was often scattered and difficult to find when people needed it, there was no adequate internet access. Therefore, the author is interested in bringing up the title of the research, analysis and design of a data information system for the people of the Catholic Church of St. Joseph, Lenggang station, based on a desktop. In this thesis research, the author uses qualitative research with data collection methods, namely observation, documentation, interviews, literature. The tools used to analyze and design this learning media include UML (Unified Modeling Language), PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Effciency, Services). As well as an interface design designer using Adobe XD. The results of this study indicate that church administrators need to renew the existing system. The problem in this study is that farmers often suffer losses due to watermelon crops that are often affected by diseases that result in decreased fruit production. This is due to the limited number of experts or experts who can determine the disease of the watermelon fruit crop and how to deal with it. Therefore, assistance for the replacement of disease experts in watermelon is needed by farmers to help deal with diseases in watermelon appropriately. An expert system is a system designed to mimic an expert's expertise in answering questions and solving problems. This study designed an expert system software using the Naive Bayes method so as to determine the probability of disease based on symptoms by the rules obtained from experts. The final result of this study is the Application of Expert System of Disease Detection in Seamangka Plants Using Naïve Bayes Method to help Farmers detect diseases in watermelon plants.

The purpose of designing this web-based application is to make it easier for patients to register themselves or their family members without having patients queue and wait long. Facilitate clinic staff in serving patient registration. Improve time efficiency in terms of service to patients. Make it easy for patients to find out the results of their medical records, so that patients can find out the age of the womb and consult the midwife. Make it easy for medical clinic administrative staff in making reports without having to spend a lot of money. In this case, web-based applications are the right choice, because the operating system is online. The research method is to collect data through observation in Medical Clinic. Then spread the questionnaires and interviews. This application is built using PHP application program and using MySQL database. The results of the design of the application of online patient registration and Fetus medical check examination is expected to help Admin (administrative staff) and user (patient) by utilizing internet connection. The result of this research has been implemented a Development of Employee Leave Information System in the Asset Sector at the Regional Finance Agency Office of Central Kalimantan and has been tested to computers and laptops. Then the author distributed the questionnaire to the general public 10 users and obtained calculation with result of satisfaction level 356 or 89% where the value is close to the point Very Good (A) so it can be assumed that the program that the authors created has met the good value to be published.

In connection with the times, the need for technology is increasing, both in work and daily activities. This happened at the Informatics Engineering Student Association student institution at STMIK Palangkaraya, the student institution needed an information technology that could provide knowledge about what activities were carried out there. So far, there is no website that manages the flow of information related to activities that can be conveyed to STMIK Palangkaraya students, especially the informatics engineering study program, therefore the author is encouraged to design and build a website that can tell what activities are carried out using a special account that will later be used to informatics engineering students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, library research, questionnaires and documentation, the stages used in this research are Research & Development (R&D) by collecting initial information, planning, initial product development, initial testing, revision products, field trials, and revisions. Then later a prototype evaluation will be carried out by testing the system using Black Box Testing in order to test the system made whether it is in accordance with the standards and wishes of the author or not. The results of this research have been successfully implemented into a website for the Informatics Engineering Student Association which is a medium for managing information related to any activities carried out at the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMTI) student institution at STMIK Palangkaraya.

Supervisor II Ir. Hj. Siti Maryamah, MM. The problem in this research is that the city of Palangkaraya has a lot of tourist objects, culinary, and shopping and others. However, information on tourist attractions, culinary and shopping is still very limited only to well-known tourist attractions and what is the fate of other culinary, tourist and shopping places that are not well known in Palangkaraya which are no less good. because of the lack of information about tourism, culinary, and shopping in the city of Palangkaraya, many people seek information through brochures, books, communities, especially most people seek information through the internet. Because people in the city of Palangkaraya and outside Palangkaraya use the internet and Android smartphones a lot. So the author makes an application to introduce tourist, culinary and shopping guides in the city of Palangkaraya in order to help the public more easily access information about tourist attractions, culinary and shopping in the city of Palangkaraya. This research has also been tested using BlackBox testing where the system test results are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire to the respondents, the appearance and quality of the application amounted to 90.4% of these results, it can be said that the responses from all respondents were very good. The final result of this research is in the form of analysis and application of the application of introduction to travel, culinary, and shopping guides in Palangkaraya City based on Client Server which can be used by the public and for people who want to find Tourism, Culinary, and Shopping Objects in Palangkaraya City.

The development of the technology of information at this time is growing rapidly, it can be seen through the emergence of the internet. Therefore, at this time almost all fields require the internet as a source of information. Currently, the registration system for the interest and the elective course in the study program of the information system and informatics engineering at STMIK Palangka Raya still employs the conventional method. In this case, the use of the technology of information is able to assist in facilitating the college students who want to change the study program so that they will not take the same course in the new study program. As a result, it can make it easier for the college students changing the study program to find out the equivalence of the course or the conversion, especially in the study program of Information System, Informatics Engineering, and Informatics Management. The web-based application has a competitive supremacy. One of them is that it can be accessed quickly through a browser and can be accessed using a laptop, a smartphone, or a computer at home. The methods used in this research involve the observation method, the interview method, the literature method, the documentation method, and the questionnaire/survey method, meanwhile, for the technique and instrument of analysis, it is using the Tools of Unified Modeling Language (UML), and for the testing methods, they are using the Black Box Testing and Likert Scale. The results of this research have been successfully implemented into an information system that is able to assist in the conversion of course. The results of this research have also been tested using the Black Box testing on the results of its implementation. The results of testing of the system using Black Box testing are as expected. Based on the results of the questionnaire of the respondents who are the college students and the admins (of the Study Program or Prodi), there were interpretation values which were up to 74%. Therefore, it could be assumed that the system that the author had developed has fulfilled the decent value to be published.
